One morning, while Inko and Toshinori sleep in their bedroom, their children head inside and try to wake them up, except for Izuku. Izumi, Iziko, Izki, and Toshinori Jr. managed to wake their parents up, and they were happy to see them all happy and excited.
Izumi (Child): Mommy! Wake up!
Iziko (Child): We want to see our quirks!
Izki (Child): Same!
Toshinori Jr (Child): I can't wait to learn what quirks I'll get!
Inko: *Sees them and chuckles* We'll have to wait for us to eat breakfast before we go to the quirk doctor.
Toshinori: Your mother is right. After we eat, we'll head straight to the quirk doctor and see what kind of quirks you'll get.
While both Inko and Toshinori were smiling at them, Izuku, on the other hand, woke up and was in the living room looking at the window. But he looked out the window because he was sad and lonely since he had missed his true father. Not only does he miss his biological father, but little Izuku also misses his new mother whom Hisashi married, his grandparents, and his little sister named Akemi, his first bio sister from his birth father. He's the only one who doesn't go to his mother's bedroom since Toshinori sometimes glares at him for entering their room, but not his biological children's. While Izumi, Iziko, Izki, and Toshinori Jr. were heading to the kitchen, Inko saw Izuku looking out the window, and she said the following words.
Inko: Izuku? What are you looking at?
Izuku (Child): *Looks at Inko immediately* Um, nothing? Why?
Inko: Oh, nothing. But, anyway, change your clothes and eat breakfast because we're heading to the quirk doctor.
Izuku (Child): Wait!? I want to get a quirk to show that to my friends!
Inko: Well, we will see what quirks you get once we go to the quirk doctor. *Speaking inside her mind* "Why is that brat keep thinking about his Hisashi and his new family!? I will try everything to ensure he forgets and hides from them! And he must have a good quirk since I gave birth to him. Or else things won't be pretty for him if he doesn't!"
While Inko was heading to the kitchen, Izuku knew that Inko was acting strange towards him. When he mentioned hoping to get a quirk, Izuku saw Inko's facial expression as a mixture of strict looks and unhappiness. Izuku might think that his mother only loves him for his quirk or doesn't love him at all by her new husband. But little Izuku hopes he gets a good quirk because if he doesn't, he'll be the only child of his family to be quirkless. This will be bad for Izuku since he knows that Toshinori and Inko would be so upset at him for being born without a quirk.
On the other hand, his siblings, whom Inko had given birth to, would not only bully him for being quirkless, but he might also get beaten up by them as his punching bag. About 5 or 10 minutes after breakfast, Inko finished cooking, and everyone ate. Finishing the meals that Inko had cooked for them took some time, and they all headed straight to the family car. Everyone put their seat belt on and was led directly to the quirk doctor early in the morning. While Inko was driving to the quirk doctor, Izumi, Iziko, Izki, and Toshinori Jr. began conversing about what quirks they would get.
Izumi (Child): I hope to get the same quirk, Queen Emerald Telekinesis!
Iziko (Child): I wanted a strong quirk like the number one hero!
Izki (Child): I bet I'll get a good quirk like the top ten pro heroes!
Toshinori Jr (Child): No matter what quirk I get, even if it's weak, I'll still be a hero with a true heart and not be corrupted by mean people.
