One Goal {Grayson Dolan}

24- North Carolina

*Samantha's POV*
(2 weeks later)

School has been out for a week. In the past week Ethan and Julia became official, and Grayson got mine his and Ethan's flight set for when we go see Cameron in LA. I am so excited to go to LA. We leave on on June 10th, which is in five days.

Today me and my family are bringing Liam back to North Carolina. He goes to Davidson day college there, even though school just got out he has to go back to find a job and get an apartment because he isn't gonna have a dorm this coming school year. My mom packed the car to the brim. We were staying in North Carolina over night cause it's a long car ride. The car ride is almost eight hours.

"Ready to go sweetheart?" My dad yelled up my room. "Yeah just finishing packing!" I yelled back. Once I was done packing I got in the car. I had to sit in the back with Liam. I seriously hope he showered. That boy stinks. "Here we go! We've got eight hours ahead of us." My mom said all happy. I had nothing to do so I closed my eyes and slowly fell asleep as we left my boring neighborhood.

*4 hours later*

I woke up to my phone buzzing. It was a text.. From Grayson

Grayson💕😘: you didn't text me when you left! I went over to your house and rang the doorbell for five minutes. Now I have nothing no one to hangout with:(

Me: Sorry! I have four more hours of driving😒

Grayson 💕😘: have fun with that😂 take a nap maybe you'll wake up and be there.

Me: I did your text woke me up...

Grayson 💕😘: Oops, sorry babe!

I looked over at Liam who was sleeping, I decided to go back to sleep. Hopefully I don't get interrupted again.

{North Carolina}

"Guys wake up! We are here." My mom said while shaking me and Liam. I looked out the window and saw a hotel and a dark sky. "Finally!" I yelled while running to the hotel doors. My dad went to get our room. Once we were all checked in and found our room we decided who was sleeping where then went to sleep.

*Next day*
I woke up and looked at the time '7:30', no one else in my family was up yet so I went on my phone.

I had one text message from Grayson.

Grayson💕😘: hey a friend of mine lives like 10 minutes from Liam's college. You should go say hi, he is a viner.

I have never Heard about a viner from North Carolina?

Me: what's his name? Did you tell him I was down here?

Grayson💕😘: Hayes Grier, yeah I mentioned it. He told me he wanted to meet you. He lives by the lake. Here's his number 608-***-****

I texted him.

Me: hey it's Samantha, Grayson's girlfriend.

Hayes Grier: oh hey! I was expecting a text from you. So your in North Carolina?

Me: yeah! Grayson said you wanted to meet up?

Hayes Grier: sure! You can come to my house! I live on the lake bring a swimsuit. Here's my address '63 readers dr. Davidson day'

I was kinda scared to go hangout with Hayes. I know he is one of Grayson's friends but.. I have never met him. My mom woke up so I asked her about it.

"Hey mom Grayson has a friend that lives down here, like 30 minutes away. Can I take the car and go to his house?" She looked at me concerned.

"Yeah I guess. Your sure Grayson knows him?"

"Yes mom.. Why would my boyfriend send me to a strange boys house." She slightly laughed.

"Okay.. Be back by one because we have to be at Liam's college at four. Text me his address so I know."

I grabbed a swimsuit and got dressed. I was wearing light pink shorts and a white v-neck. I put my hair in a braid and got in our car and tried to find my way to Hayes's house.
