Chapter 7- Mystic Matches

POV: Mikey

I stepped In without thinking. The mutans or Yoki talked and drank. The screen showed a lobster getting beat up by a wolf.

"Wow this place is so cool!" I exclaimed, pulling Ralph

"Mikey we need to be careful" Ralph said, picking me up so I couldn't run.

"We need to travel closely and slowly," he added. I riggled free and went towards the screen.

"Do you think one of us could fight a battle in that ring?" I asked. Then an unfamiliar voice came from beside me.

"Even the most trained and the strongest warrior struggle in the Battle Nexus" I turned an old looking Yoki. I assume he is a lizard.

"Do you watch them often or...?" I asked, turning to face him.

"I was a champion! But my glory days are over. Now I just coach the future champions of the Nexus" he said matter of fact.

"One day I may try" I said but as I finished the lobberster got slammed into a wall knocking him out.

"No you will not," Ralph said, grabbing my arm. We walked around then left to tell leo and donnie what we saw

POV: Donnie

I just wanted to squeeze in one more test. The shell was fixed and now I sit in my chair waiting for some news. But what if I do one more test? That would be fine right? I stood heading to Leo's room. Without thought I knock. As he appears in the doorway I ask. He nods and follows me to the lab. I sit him down and take his vitals

"Are you sure?" I ask looking up at Leo.

"Yeah I don't see a problem with another test" he responds as I take him to the garage.

"Why are we in the garage? And why is it empty?" he asked, stepping in the room.

"This is for the test" I responded by putting the bracelet I made on him. The bracelet will tell me his vitals and can give him a shot making him pass out. I walked to the door, throwing a piece of meat that you can assume what animal it came from, into the center. I closed the door and turned on the cameras. He started as I had seen before. He ate the meat like a wild animal ripping the tendons in half. Blood spattered the floor. After he looked around he ran around looking in every corner for more than the worst part began he slammed head first into the wall. He clawed at it, his fingers bleeding. His forehead bleed dripping onto the floor. As the blood fell he lapped it up he tore at his own skin. Then out like a light. My finger held the button that had stopped such a horror. I ran into the room and picked up the limp turtle.

I placed him on the pillows. I stopped the bleeding and wrapped the wound. I laid him down in his own bed and began to clean the garage.
