Naruto huffed out a bored sigh. The mission that they just completed was a simple C-Rank to track down a Ninja Hound. Naruto and Sasuke were looking forward to the challenge of a Ninja Familiar, but Kakashi had simply asked the canine to return to the leaf with them and that was the end of the mission.

"I kind of want to fight those Demon Brothers again." The blond admitted as the team walked back into Konoha. Kakashi chuckled and ruffled his hair before watching a pidgion flew past them in the clouds.

"Hmm? That's all for today. I'll take it from here, you guys rest up." Kakashi told them before disappearing in flicker.

"Then I'm going home." Sasuke announced as he walked away.

"Hey, wait up Sasuke-Kun! Maybe we could work on our teamwork, just the two of us?" Sakura offered in a blatent attempt to spend more time with her crush.

"If you have time to bother me, practice a Jutsu or two." Sasuke told her as he turned around fully to face her. "Frankly, your ability is below Naruto's it's completely holding us back." He then turned back around and continued to walk away.

Naruto watched Sakura bow her head in disappointment, wondering if he should try to cheer her up, but shook off the idea. It was just a silly schoolgirl crush, and she should move on from it. He had.

He has a full scheduale today anyway. He needed to take his training to the next level, he needed to replace his gangly outfit for something more Ninja appropriate, and he wanted to take some flowers to his Mother's grave and clean it up while he's there.

Naruto turned to go to main shopping district to find some flowers and cleaning supplies but stopped in his tracks and nearly laughed at the absurdity of what he saw.

"That has to be the most pitiful... you can't actually believe anybody is dumb enough to fall for that...?" The rock tipped over and three little kids crawled out from underneath as Naruto continued to suppress his laughter.

"Heh, that's the one I call my rival!"

"Huh,"

"Ah, so cold, Naruto-Nii!" Konohamaru sulked and the other boy attempted to console him while the girl stepped forward toward Naruto. "Umm... Leader, are you free?"

"Sorry, but I have a lot of Errands to run today, no time to teach you anything."

"Aww, but we were hoping that you would train us a little."

"Don't you three brats get training from the Academy?"

"Yeah, but we want training from you..." Naruto's ears went a little pink as he scratched his cheek. "You do?" He questioned, his voice as soft as a whisper.

"Yeah!" The three children chorused, bringing a smile to Naruto's face. "Hm... I suppose I could spare an afternoon for you three."

"Yay!" The three chorused again, but their joy fell short when Naruto held up his hand.

"Hold on, like I said I have some chores that need to be done, but if you want to tag along and help me with a few of them, I'll treat you to lunch and train you afterwards.

Sakura followed Naruto from a distance as he and the three brats chatted merrily with each other. She widened her eyes when they walked into a clothes store.

"That's the last place I expected him to enter. But why is he changing his apparel now?" Sakura continued to shadow Naruto, watching him from the window of the shop as the three kids helped him pick out a new outfit.

After twenty minutes the four of them agreed on a black outfit. The top half looked a lot like the black shirts that Sasuke used to wear, only it had the Uzumaki Spiral instead of the Uchiha Fan. And the lower half was just standard Shinobi pants. While basic, everyone agreed that simple was the best for this instance. Just as he was about to pay for it, something caught Naruto's eye.
