Fem Reader

Y/N POV
It's mine and Natasha's one year anniversary and of course Tony took it upon himself to throw us a party. I was hoping to take Natasha on a romantic date.

Me: Nat I was wanting it to be just us.
Nat: It's fine Y/N. We can celebrate with everyone.
Me: Alright I guess it could be fun.
Nat: Exactly.

She leans in and I go to give her a kiss but she just kisses my cheek. She walks back into the bathroom to finish getting ready for the party. She's been less and less intimate lately but I think she's just stressed with the missions we've had lately.

We head down to the party. Once we walk into the main room and she lets go of my hand. I head over to the bar where Wanda is to get a drink.

Wanda: Where's Nat?
Me: Over there with Bruce and Steve.
Wanda: Everything okay?
Me: I'm not sure, she might be just stressed.

After a couple hours the party is dying down it's just the team left. Natasha hasn't spent one minute of the party with me. So at this point I don't even know where she is.

Tony: Game time! Y/N go find your woman.
Me: Alright.

I head down the hall and turn the corner. I can't believe the sight I see. There stands Nat and Bruce making out against the wall.

Me: Nat...
I say almost barely a whisper but it's enough for them to pull apart.

Nat: Y/N this isn't what it looks like.
Me: I I..got to go.

I take off my heels and run back into the main room and down the hall to my room. Tears running down my face. I shut the door, lock it and fall to my knees. I hear someone try to turn the knob.

Nat: Y/N come on baby open the door.
Me: Gggo away Natasha!
Nat: I need to explain what happened.
Me: I know what happened it was pretty clear! Now leave me alone!

It's quiet for a minute and then a small knock on the door breaks the silence.

Me: Natasha I said leave me alone!
Voice: It's Wanda

I try to wipe the tears away and get up. I open the door and she comes through and pulls me into a hug and I break down.

Wanda: I'm so sorry Y/N.

She just holds me and tries to comfort me the best she can.

The next day

Natasha's POV

In my room I've been up all night and pacing. Gosh I really fucked up. Bruce and I have been flirting a lot these last couple months but nothing has happened until tonight. Y/N is the most amazing girlfriend. I'm not used to being with someone as long as I have with her so when Bruce started showing interest I just jumped at the opportunity to so interest to because he was so clueless when I showed it before Y/N joined. She was so cute and would get so flustered around me. When we finally got together she show a new sense of confidence and it was so sexy.

When I heard her say my name while I was kissing Bruce. My heart sunk and I saw the look of shock and hurt on her beautiful face I knew I just made the biggest mistake of my life. When she didn't let me in her room to talk I felt even worse than before because I heard her crying and I've never heard or seen her cry before. She is such a happy person, and I made her cry.
I'm going to go try and talk to her again this morning.

I'm in front of her door again. I knock on the door and I do not expect Wanda to open the door. What is she doing her this early in the morning. I look past her and see Y/N asleep in her bed.

Wanda: Nat what are you doing here?
Me: What are you doing here?
Wanda: No you don't get to be jealous here. You know that she is my best friend!

At very sleepy Y/N speaks up. Wanda who is it?

I push Wanda aside, to get closer to Y/N.

Me: Y/N I'm so sorry dorogoy.
Y/N: No you don't get to dorogoy me Natalia! You cheated on me and with Bruce!! You know how I felt about him and your friendship but you always said there was nothing to worry about. You made me look like an idiot Nat!

I walk closer to her and she steps back which makes me pause she has never separated herself from me like that.

Me: Y/N please forgive me! I never meant for this to happen. I don't know why I let it get that far. I was scared of the feelings I was feeling for you. I love you so much!

That was the first time I've ever said those words to her well to anyone really. I can see her eyes soften and I take that opportunity to walk up to her and I put my hand on her cheek.

Y/N: Nat..
Me: I can't lose you moya lyubov'.
Y/N: You just lost me. Please leave Nat.

She pulls my hand off her face and walks into the bathroom. I walk out of her room and I think to myself  she's right I just lost her.
