Aria's perspective
As we exited the building, we encountered some enemies. Jack and I fired at them, providing cover for Riley and The Phoenix Boss. Jack's boss shouted for us to go, and Aria yelled for Jack to come with her. I quickly got into the car, but my mind was consumed with thoughts of my husband. I was determined not to leave him behind, even if it meant sacrificing myself. Despite everything we had been through, I couldn't bear the thought of leaving him. Jack questioned what would happen to Mac, but The Phoenix Boss insisted that we had to leave, no matter what. This sent a shiver down my spine; I couldn't bear the idea of losing him. Jack, on the other hand, seemed unaffected. In my sadness, I shouted that I cared about Mac. Suddenly, we heard a thud, and to my relief, it was Mac. He was alive. "Drive," he said, and we quickly left to return home. I was relieved that we hadn't left him behind.
