"We need to talk," Cieanna didn't spare Theo a glance as he burst into their compartment. Instead she watched as the late morning sun rolled over the never-ending fields of crops that blurred together from her view on the train.

"If you had really wished to speak to me you would have done so already." Her eyes stayed plastered on the window as she retorted. Theo remained unshaken by her cryptic dismissal. Cieanna was a woman of a-few-to-many-words.

"Anna please listen, I-" Theo tentatively placed his hand on her shoulder as they both flinched with memories of the former night. The glint of a revolver that left with ringing ears, and the laughs that turned to screams as the ebony black sky turned red. Theo blinked away the haze and continued, "I found something."

A switch was flipped in Cieanna's syllogism brain in those three words-four syllables-that broke Cieanna's unyielding gaze from the train's window and she faced Theo. She stared at his warm green eyes; red and puffy-stained with the terrors of the night prior. As of usual for Cieanna she spoke in clear, precise, syllables:

"Show me."
