You felt like you were about to hurl.

The sight of fresh, dried blood caked all over your thighs and hands was truly sickening. Whatever the circumstances, something about the awful, metallic smell will always be off-putting. Sure, as a professional MMA fighter, you were going to receive a few nosebleeds and injuries, but the blood was never severe. But this?

"Get me a plastic bag," you pleaded, covering your lips. "Please."

"Here you go." Lust almost panicked, pulling out a spare plastic bag from the side of the couch and handing it to you. You silently thanked him before turning away from everyone and puking everything inside.

Lust brushed your hair back as he softly rubbed circles across your shoulders, while Blue stood by your side, holding a damp towel and a bottle of water ready to be removed from his grasp. While everything was going on, Red was gently sewing up your wound. As you gazed down at his expression, a thought occurred to you: How could he know how to patch up a wound like that?

Given how long it took to clean up your injury, there were bloody wet towels, a cold compress, and a lot of gauze all over the floor. Going to the doctor is certainly a smart idea, but explaining what happened to your thigh to the doctor is absolutely not. It would be hazardous and reveal far too much information about you and the skeletons.

There would also be the general public and the paparazzi to cope with if the news spread. You clearly did not want to go to the doctor if that were the case.

Horror had to leave, or something awful would happen inside of him at the sight and smell of fresh blood. This disturbed you; despite the skeleton's name and appearance, you never found him frightening. But what about the look on his face earlier? It caused shivers down your spine.

Dust went with him in case Horror lost control, and he was the only candidate who had dealt with his triggers before. Dance sat calmly across from you, his concern evident on his face. The two warring skeletons, Ink and Error, were far apart but close enough to you. Sans was nowhere to be found.

The mystery skeleton remained tied up and unconscious on the floor. Blue gently massaged the towel all over your mouth and cheeks after you finished emptying your stomach, and some of it ended up on your clothes. He offered you the bottle of water shortly after.

"Thanks, Blue," you replied as you chugged the water till it was gone. The water seemed refreshing in comparison to the acidic bile that had just left your system. Blue just offered you a troubled smile in response.

You leaned back to relax, feeling how wet your back was from sweat. You must stink from all of your recent perspiration, but it is the least of your problems right now. Sweating didn't bother you in the first place.

Red rose up softly, cleaned his hands with a moist cloth, and finished bandaging the final portion of your wound. When he saw the tied-up skeleton, his placid demeanor transformed into wrath. "I'm going to kill him."

"Not yet," Lust stated sternly. "Let's hear what he has to say first."

Red huffed angrily and plopped down next to him, looking daggers at the offender. You were ready to say something, but your throat was still itchy from puking, so you let out a harsh cough.

You then raised your hand, showing that you were fine, before sighing. "Error?"

"There's no point hiding it now. As you can see, we're all alternate versions of the original, which is sans. There are good and neutral alternate versions of us..." Error slumped against the wall, his expression unreadable. "While some, not so much. And it just so happens you live with some of them right now."
