Chapter Twenty-Four - The Truth

Not quite believing what Foxy said, Damon just stared, jaw agape for a while until Freddy's nodding forced him to realise it was true.

How? Sylvia was dead... Wasn't she? Did she somehow manage to fake her death, or did she have a twin sister?

Damon mentally shook his head, Sylvia was dead, but trying to not arouse suspicion he decided to go along with it.

"Okay, I'm sorry. In the fire, Sylvia, sh-" He made himself look genuinely upset at what happened,"She had walked straight into the fire. There wasn't any hope, I tried, I tried to help but-"

"You murderer," A quiet voice echoed around the room, angry that Damon was lying.

Lorna, still in a dream-like state, made her way up the stairs, smiling to herself. She walked into a room and stared around for a few seconds.

Finally, she drew out a red permanent marker, and started drawing.

However, from downstairs, several screams echoed at once.

"Why you-"

"How could you!!"

"You bastard! You murder-"

"I bet you, you also killed my brother! You bitch!"

Several voices yelled at Damon. A few minutes earlier, the ghostly voice had quietly whispered to Bonnie, Freddy, Chica and Foxy the truth of what had really happened.

Now they were all regarding him with horror as they stepped back in fear. Damon, who was cursing quietly under his breath unsheathed a knife and started getting closer to the group while smirking.

"I was hoping to save you guys later, but looks like I'll have to do it now, won't I?" He grinned, his eyes clearly showing the insane state he was in.

Back upstairs, Lorna stood staring at the walls that looked as if she had just scribbled all over them.

Nodding, she stepped back from the red flames she drew, feeling satisfied with herself.

However, she didn't notice the person who was watching her every move from behind the curtains.

"Hello Lorna."
