His heart felt as if it were bursting. His ripped up heart was shimmering in her light, glitter dripping from the cracks. He pulled apart softly, arms cupping her face faintly as if she were fine china. He didn't want her to break in from him.
The moonlight shines through partings of the white curtains. Laying in the black covers, he wraps his arms around her angelic form, hugging tighter and tighter.
Quick hushed kisses being pressed to her lips. Soft whispers of sweet nothings into her ears. Arms resting on the bare skin of her skin, fingertips on fire from the contact.For the first time, as he rested his forehead against hers and peered into her coffee brown gates to her mind, he didn't see the darkness. In fact, she looked ethereal.
As he pressed his lips to her nose, he didn't see the loneliness in her eyes. In fact, he saw a spark. A small, insignificant twinkle. But it was there.
