"I know!!! I'm so nervous but excited!!! THIS IS A DISASTER!" Marionette squealed over the phone to her best friend, Alya, while chewing on her pigtail nervously, and folded her legs, and resting her chin on her knees.

"Calm down, girl. I know you're obsessed with him and all, but you'll be fine!" Alya comforted

"Yeah, you're right! I got this!"

"So, what are you waiting for??? I'm coming over soon, to help out with your date." Alya teased

"It's not a date, Alya!"

"Sure." She agreed sarcastically and hung up.

Adrien Agreste. THE Adrien Agreste had invited Marienette to a café to discuss their plans for their father's fashion line. Long story short, Adrien's father had specially selected her for her skill in Fashion, which was a huge honour, and a bonus as she would become closer to Adrien.

"I can't wait, Tiki! This is going to be amazing!"

Tiki, her minuscule, lovable red Kwami hovered in the air from out of Marinette's suitcase.

"Well, try not to get too carried away, and stutter over everything you say, Marinette. Or randomly trip over him." Her Kwami warned.

Marinette laughed awkwardly. The clumsy protagonist had a terrible habit of having extreme butterflies around Adrien, and couldn't control them, so she ended up being a complete klutz around him. All her friends knew Marinette secretly feared Chloe, one of her arch-rivals had gone and told him. She had even gone as far as having her walls plastered with the dreamiest images she could find of him on her wall and memorised his whole schedule by heart. She knew everything and anything about him, and her source was shady websites, such as Wikipedia.

"Marinette! I'm here!" Her best friend called as she sprinted up the staircase.

"Finally." The bluenette sighed, her shoulders relaxing and her muscles loosened.

"So, what do you plan on wearing?" Alya asked as she pushed open the door to her bedroom, and her red Kwami frantically zoomed back into her bag.

"I... haven't thought about that. What I always wear."

"No, girl, you need to put effort into this! Otherwise, he's gonna think you don't care!" Alya exclaimed while facepalming.

"Alright, alright! But I don't know what to wear!" Marinette whined.

"You love fashion, heck, you even got selected by Adrien's father! Just stop being nervous! Let's start by looking in your closet." Alya opened Marienette's closet and gestured towards it.

"Hmmm, "Marinette pondered and ran several combinations of unique clothing through her head, she walked towards it, then took out a black longed sleeved shirt, a light pink cardigan, knee-length boots and a fluffy barrette to match it. "This?"

"Perfect!" Alya stated.

While Marinette went to change, Alya inspected her wall thoughtfully, "Still has pictures of him." She sighed. Marinette re-emerged from changing in the bathroom and Alya flashed a satisfactory smile."Maybe... don't tie your hair up." Alya suggested and then took her hair tie out of her hair.

"You'll do great, Mari! Just breathe!"Alya advised while placing a hand on her shoulder Marinette took her best friend's advice, inhaled deeply, then exhaled, feeling content, and smiled."Oh, and let me know how it goes." Alya winked Marinette pouted.

"Oh, come on! I need the details, it's about time you two get together!"

Marinette felt the blood rise to her cheeks.
