Blair saw that her messages did send, yet he just didn't read them. Or maybe he did, but just didn't open the messages to reply. She decided that after about 10 minutes it was final, she was going round his, whether he liked it or not. It had been a couple days since she last saw him or heard from him. Pablo had tried to message him for her, yet Gavi didn't message him back either, not turning up for one days training, but after a game they had a couple days rest so it's not like he missed every day.
Blair was already ready, so she got into her car and drove straight around Gavi's.
She stood outside his door for a minute before ringing it, wondering if she should. She finally gained the courage to ring the doorbell, having waiting a few seconds the door opened. Gavi stood at the door, he was wearing some tracksuit bottoms and a loose fitting top. He looked as if he had been crying, his eyes glossed over with a shiny layer, his nose was slightly red in addition to that.
"Where have you been?" She asked, being directed into the house by Gavi.
"I'm sorry." He said, his voice breaking as he spoke. Blair couldn't help but hug him, she didn't reply, just a silent hug.
"I'm sorry." He repeated into the hug, kissing her on the head.
"Don't apologise." Blair said hugging him as tight as she could.
"Do you forgive me?" He asked, pushing her away from him slightly, his eyes looking lovingly into hers.
"Yeah." Blair said, pushing her lips into a warming smile after she spoke.
"Can you just explain to me why you went radio silent?" Blair asked, still holding onto Gavi. He exhaled heavily, wondering on what to say.
"I really don't know, felt like if I spoke to anyone i be more of a disappointment than I am now." He explained. Blair held his face, cupping his cheeks with her hand.
"Don't ever worry about that okay, you'll never be a disappointment. But ignoring people isn't the way to go." She said looking into his eyes, hoping that he'd truly believe her. Gavi pushed his lips into a thin line.
Blair opened her bag and pulled out a knitted scarf, it had the Barcelona colours. "My grandma made this for you, she sent it a couple days ago. She really wants to meet you." Blair said handing Gavi the scarf, his smile showcased how appreciative he was. He put it on and still held the same smile.
"I want to meet your grandma now." He said, feeling the scarf and realising how comfortable it was. Blair knew that It would cheer him up, even if it was only a small act of kindness.
"I could FaceTime her? You could thank her there?" Blair suggested, knowing that it wasn't her idea and her Grandma had actually suggested it when they called the day before.
"Good idea, let me quickly put on a clean top." Gavi said placing the scarf down and running to his bedroom. Blair called her Grandma had awaited an answer.
