Once Upon a Hot Summer Day

"God dammit. It's too hot." The police officer pulls his dark red hair back into a messy ponytail and grumpily puts on his hat.

"Hot damn!" A much taller man with jet black hair exclaims, his eyes sparkling with mischief.

"...I seem to have amnesia. Remind me why I'm friends with you again." The man stares dumfounded at the man who is now laughing.

"You need to lighten up Rin! Replace that stick up your ass with something else how about?" The man smiles and slaps the man named Rin on the back.

"You say that like it's easy to find a guy who's interested in a police officer, Sousuke." Rin sighs.

"Isn't it? With your looks you should have men by the dozens asking for your number." An astounded Sousuke states.

"A scowling officer isn't someone you want to mess with." Rin says.

"Well maybe today is the lucky day. Anyway, we have to get started with our rounds. You get the beach today. I get the mall." Sousuke says, smiling at the thought of cool shade and air conditioning.

"Dammit. Fine." Rin says, scowling at the thought of scalding sand and the ever relentless sun.

"I'll leave first then!" Sousuke exclaims, leaving Rin to walk to the beach, grumbling the whole way there.

'Damn Sousuke. Making me walk around in the hot sun.'

Rin looked at the world through his yellow tinted sunglasses. It was a beautiful day, unless you were in a cop outfit. Then it wasn't. At all.

'There's nothing going on. Maybe I can just go back to the office and pretend I got back before Sousuke.'

Rin was turning around to head back to the police office when something made him do a double take.

'Holy. That is a fine ass right there. Wow.'

'Which ......is totally bare.'

Right before Rin stood a man buck naked just staring at the ocean. People walking past him stare and whisper while continuing to walk on past. Rin taps the man on the shoulder.

"Excuse me sir, is something wro-" Rin loses all thought as the man turns around.

The man had beautiful blue eyes that put the ocean to shame. They shimmered in the sunlight and took Rin's breath away. There were tears formed at the corners of his eyes that made his eyes seem like they were stars, twinkling in the night sky. Rin could feel himself drowning in the man's gaze.

The blush that came with the humiliation of the act he was committing strongly contrasted the lovely blue in his eyes. Instead, it was a deep passionate red that rivaled roses. It spread from the bridge of his adorable nose to his little ears that Rin just wanted to nibble on because they were so cute.

His perfect pearly white teeth had a plump, pink, and downright kissable lip caught between them. Rin had to swallow down the thought of taking that lip between his own teeth.
