Thomas and Brenda walked in out of the school, stopping by this really old oak tree beside the stairs.
"I still can't believe I said yes to this." Brenda told him "what the hell was I thinking?"
"You were thinking that you were the best sister ever!" Thomas replied, hugging her.
"Are you coming with me?" She asked.
"Do you want me to?"
"I don't care." Brenda's voice was harsh.
"I'm just gonna go home."
Brenda, feeling slightly pissed off, didn't answer, and just started walking towards the community centre.
The walk was long, but she almost enjoyed not having Thomas by her side. She didn't have to deal with his attempts to start conversations.
When she finally reached the community centre, a large round white building with panes of glass making up the entirety of the front wall and a few painted on blue and green strips that went around the building, she pulled open the glass door and walked up to the front desk.
A girl with two long obviously duped blonde braids and annoyingly orange lipstick was standing at the front desk. Karrie, her name tag said over her completely white uniform.
"Hello how can I help you?" Karrie asked in an overly happy voice. Brenda already hated her.
"Um, I was wondering if I could sign up for the drawing class."
"Okay, just let me see if we have room for you." Karrie started typing into the computer on the desk.
Brenda looked around, everything in the room was white, green or blue.
"Oh, sorry, but it looks like that class is full." Karrie told her, still sounding just as extremely happy.
"Um, is there anything that would count for an art class for school?" Brenda asked, eager to get this conversation over with.
"We have a ballet class." Karrie told her.
Brenda hated ballet, and ballerinas. They always seemed so bitchy, but she needed something or she'd fail art.
"I guess that would be good."
Karrie smiled, and Brenda had a hard time figuring out I'd it were fake or not.
"Sure." Karrie dug around in the desk and then handed her a form and blue pen.
Brenda sat on one of the white chairs at one end of the room and filled in the form before walking back to Karrie and handing her the form.
"The first class is tomorrow at three thirty. Thank you and have a nice day." Still obnoxiously happy.
"Oh shut up!" Brenda snapped. Sticking up a certain finger.
Karrie looked offended, but brenda didn't savour the reaction before storming out of the room, fed up with Karrie and Thomas and this stupid class. An
Hi people who are actually reading this, which I'm pretty sure is just the one who requested this and Shai for some reason. Hi Shai. I'm writing this chapter and not really knowing what I'm doing with my life. And my teacher is an idiot! We had to write a paper and I put a few questions in mine, and he handed it back! He was all like: you don't put questions in writing because the readers can't answer them. F HIM! Read a damn fanfic! Or a damn book! YOU CAN PUT QUESTIONS IN WRITING!
