Islander mini-games are featured in Tomodachi Bliss, Tomodachi Life and Tomodachi Collection. Islander mini-games are marked by green problem icons on their window. When the player selects a Mii's window, they will be very excited. If the player waits too long, the Mii might be worried. Upon entering their apartment, the Mii will ask the player to play a game with them, and they can either agree or disagree. If the player agrees, a random mini game will begin.
Sometimes, when the player is currently interacting with a Mii after a Mii is given something, they might say to the player, "Since you're already here, let's play a game!", and they will be prompted to play a mini-game similar to the green problem icon.
Success or draw will grant the player one of three random treasures, while failure will result in receiving either a box of tissues or toilet paper. If the player wins, the Mii says "Hooray! You did it!" (US), or simply "Congratulations!" (EU/AU), and if they fail, the Mii says "Always happens. Better luck next time." (US), or "Oh well. Better luck next time." (EU/AU)
