How to unlock: A Mii must be asked about donating funds to the island
The fountain is a location in Tomodachi Bliss. This is where Miis will donate money daily, as well as the Morning Market, Word Chain, English Lessons, and Rap Battle take place.
Mii Interaction
At the fountain a Mii can be found:
Sitting on the edge of the fountain
Walking past
Relaxing by the fountain
Touching the water
Splashing water on themselves
Exercising
Going on a date with their sweetheart and spouse.
- Splashing water on their lover or listening to them play the guitar
According to one of the photos obtainable from a disposable camera, Miis can fall in the water off-screen.
Trivia
An oversight exists in Tomodachi Bliss where after a Mii walks off screen during the donations, the player can see the back part of their hair or hat stop moving, then the Mii will disappear.
Donations are often considered the Tomodachi version of taxes as all Miis participate and the money goes towards the island.
If a Mii was created within one day of the time when Donations started, they will not donate any currency.

Time: Anytime, once per day
Usage: All the Miis on the Island will donate money to the player.
Morning Market
Time: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Usage: A random Mii living in the apartments will be selling a random food item at a lowered price.
Word Chain
Time: 5:30 - 6:30 PM
Usage: Random Miis on the Island get together to play a word chain game
Rap Battle
Time: 6:00 - 7:00 PM (US), 7:00 - 8:00 PM (EU)
Usage: Two randomly selected Miis will Rap against each other until one of them gives up.
English Lesson
Time: 3:00 - 4:00 PM (JP), 7:00 - 8:00 PM (KO/TW)
Usage: A random Mii will be teaching some other random Miis English.
Street Live
Time: 12:00 - 1:00 PM (JP), 9:00 - 11:00 PM (KO/TW)
Usage: Miis will be playing instruments.
