Chasidy's father is watching the channel 7 news on a sunny Monday morning as he always does before he goes to work. He stops in his tracks when he hears the reporter say something about the on going Hoseok Jung case. While sipping coffee he listens to the details of how his daughter fought for Hoseok's release.
"In the end the verdict was an order for Hoseok Jung's immediate release due to a fair amount of evidence proving his innocence"
"YESSS! I gotta call my baby girl." He smiled feeling pride fill his chest.
As soon as he pulled his phone out to call her she burst through the door. Chasidy ran to her father and hugged him tightly. He squeezed her just as tight feeling proud of his youngest child.
"You did it baby girl. I'm so proud of you." He said before pulling away from the hug.
"Pops you never hugged me like that. I swear the favoritism is sickening." BJ says jokingly and Chasidy reaches to smack him.
Mr.Johnson shakes his head laughing at his children. He loves to see that they are still close no matter how long they were apart.
"Where's the man of the hour? Oh, hi Janelise." He asked while saying hi to his daughters bestfriend.
"Hey Mr. Johnson, he went to his apartment with Namjoon and Suga." She said sitting on the couch already making herself comfortable.
"Oh man, tell him congratulations and I'll catch him later on. I gotta get going to work. Love y'all." He hugged both his kids before running out the door.
The three settled into the living room after changing their clothes into something comfortable. BJ and Janelise are teasing Chasidy about some of the events that happened in the courtroom this morning. One witness brought up to the stand was called out for not having their story straight. They bearly held their laughter in when Chasidy blatantly asked were they okay.
