Dooo POV

I was finally going to Canada; we were all going there, but I was going a day early. I was about to board my flight when I got a text from Blarg. He didn't know I was coming in a day early; I was going to surprise him.

Arabman: Hey, can you get on Discord?

I started freaking out. What do I tell him? I texted him back, saying I couldn't and that I was at the store. He texted me back and said, "OK." I let out a breath I had been holding in because I didn't want to spoil the surprise, and if he saw I was at the airport, it would ruin everything. Mcnatsy and Soup already knew I was going over a day early; they also knew about the huge fucking crush I had on Blarg. I've liked him for a while now; I don't know what initially did it for me, but he's handsome, funny, smart, and so much more. I could fawn over him for hours. "Flight 69 is boarding now."

I looked up at the ceiling and back at my ticket. I ran to the boarding gate; I can't wait to get to Canada. After I sat down and put on a movie, I was set for the next 5 hours. The flight felt short; before I knew it, the screen said 2 hours until landing.

When we landed, I quickly got off the plane and ran to the doors to catch my Uber. I'd ordered one on the plane and had no idea how quickly he'd be here. It said he wouldn't be able to pick me up for like two more hours, an hour ago, so I thought I had time. I finally made it to the doors and jumped in the car. "hello! Sorry, I didn't expect you to arrive so soon!" He smiled and nodded. I gave him my destination; he put it in and started driving. We were there about an hour later. He dropped me off and drove away while I looked at the house. His cars were in the driveway, so I'm pretty sure he's still here, but you never know.

I walked to the front door and took a deep breath. I knocked three times and waited for any sort of sound; it was dead silent, so I rang the doorbell. Before I knew it, the door swung open, and there was Blarg. He was sweaty as fuck and in sweats and a stained t-shirt. "Wait, Dooo?!!" he gasped. I grinned. "Yeah, I decided to come a little early-" I was cut off by the bigger man, who absolutely crushed me in a hug. "Dooo!" I laughed and snaked my arms around his neck "Hi Matt!"

He didn't let go of me for a while. I saw Doug below me, wrapping his tail around my leg "Hi doug!" That's when Matt let go, "Oh shit." He picked Doug up and asked, "What did I tell you about coming outside?" I chuckled watching Matt talk to his cat like he was human. I held my hands out for Matt so I could hold Doug. "Hi Buddy!" Matt let me in, and I put my things down next to the staircase. "Sorry, I look like shit right now." him looking like shit? never. "I was setting up the rooms for you guys." I nodded as I examined his body; he looked even better in person.

"So, uh, what are you doing here so early?" He turned red, realizing that I was looking him up and down. "I just wanted to surprise you; I'm the only one you haven't met in real life yet." I turned around and grabbed my bags and asked, "Can you show me to my room? I can also help you set up," he smirked and nodded.

He led me upstairs to an empty room. It wasn't completely empty; there was a bed in the middle of the room and a table on each side. "If you don't like this, you can always come sleep with me." He said that, like, he didn't just make me turn more red than blood. "W-well if your offering!" I said, mostly joking. He had started walking out of the room but had now stopped, our backs to each other, and the anticipation of hearing him say something was killing me. "T-that was a joke." I heard his footsteps start toward me. I felt a warm breath hit my ear, and I jumped.

"Are you sure about that?"

A shiver ran down my spine, making my hair stand on end and my body shake; I could feel his body right behind mine, almost touching but still so far away. I heard the floor boards creak as he slowly backed away from me and walked out of the room. "God damn." I let out a shaky breath. That's all it took to make me crumble—just a few words.
