Chapter 2: Yume (Dream)

Later night, I was thinking what's with Mt. Nejireme. What's its connection with yōkai? Maybe about Gyūki- san? Nahh.... I can't judge someone. I can't sleep because of that. Relax, Makoto. Gozu- san and Mezu- san will not assail us, because they're good guys now. I think Rikuo- sama is now in his yōkai form. I am finding Rikuo- sama everywhere, but I didn't see him anywhere. Wondering where he is. I remember there is a sakura tree somewhere in the house. I went there and saw him sitting on the branches.

Night Rikuo- sama: What are you doing here?
Me: Nothing. I'm just taking a walk because I can't sleep.
Night Rikuo- sama: Is that the reason?
Me: One of the reasons, I think?
Night Rikuo- sama: Then what is the reason?
Me: *blushed a little bit* *looked to her left* What do you care?
Night Rikuo- sama: You will tell it to me when the time comes. You should be sleeping by now, right? You said you will have a practice with your band tomorrow at 6:00 am.
Me: *blushed a little bit* Y- Yeah.... I know. I kinda forgot it...

Rikuo- sama's actions towards me is kinda suspicious. Well, that's what I feel......

Night Rikuo- sama: *looked at me*
Me: *blushed* ?!
Night Rikuo- sama: *grins* Why are you blushing?
Me: *blushing* Nothing! I- I just remembered something, something embarassing!
Night Rikuo- sama: Fine. *went down* Ami- san.
Me: Yes?
Night Rikuo- sama: *went nearer to me* There is one thing I want to ask you.
Me: *blushed* (Yay! He's gonna ask me for a date!!) W- What?

I was waiting for that question. I will say yes for that!! For how many years, it's my first time to go out on a date with someone. There he goes!

Night Rikuo- sama: Are you really.......a human?
Me: Why are you asking?
Night Rikuo- sama: You have beaten me in our sparring 10 times, even though I'm in this form.
Me: Oji- san taught me. He's an expert when it comes to swords.
Night Rikuo- sama: He must be strict.
Me: Not much. He is good to me. He said that I shouldn't always rely on others. I shoud be independent, because there will be a time that I will be alone, forever. That's the reason why I have to learn that sort of things......
Night Rikuo- sama: Have you forgotten? There is no forever.
Me: Yah. I know. *yawning*
Night Rikuo- sama: You must be drowsy.
Me: Yeah. A little. My battery's low.
Night Rikuo- sama: What do you mean?
Me: My energy is 15%. So. Good night to you. *went bact to my room*

Now that I am here again in my room, I can sleep now.

As I woke up, I found myself in a strange place. The fog's so thick, that I couldn't see a single thing, neither a single tree, nor a person. It's either someone teleported me, or I'm only dreaming. A few seconds later, someone is coming. I can't see it clearly because of the fog. It's like a shape of a person, a male person, and I think its height is 175cm.

That one's coming nearer and nearer to me!! I got scared. Now it is in front of me. He said...

Unknown: Are you one of the Legends? Then if you are, I should kill you!

He almost hit me. I sprinted as fast as I can. A few seconds later, I found myself here, standing in the dead end! If I continue to go there, this story is done, because it's a cliff. As it got closer to me, he transformed into something, this guy's a yōkai!! I think I'm gonna die. Fear is taking me over. Rain from my eyes is dropping on my face, with great fear. As it swings its claws on me, I found myself shocked, with Rikuo- sama, Tsurara- chan, and Wakana- sama, worrying with what happened. It was only a dream. I thought I really died. Rikuo- sama asked me what happened. I had a bad dream, in short, a nightmare. Is that dream nothing to do with the future? I hope nothing.

As I fixed myself before going to school, I feel sleepy because of that nightmare. I only slept for 5 hours. While we're walking down the street, we saw Kana- chan near the school gate. She waited for us. As we arrive in the class room, I saw  Akira Gorō, Hikaru Tachibana, and the mysterious member of our glee club band. They saw me, and said hi. I also said hi to them, but without energy.
Akira- san: You okay?
Me: Yeah. Didn't sleep that much.
Hikaru- kun: Why? Did something happen?
Me: A nightmare.
Akira- san: I see. What happened?
Hikaru- kun: Is it okay for you to tell what happened?
Me: A yōkai wants to kill me.
Hikaru- kun: *whisper* But you're a yōkai, right?
Me: *whisper* Indeed, I am. It's only a dream. Worry not, I'm okay.
Mysterious Member: But you're late.
Me: Why? What time is it?
Mysterious Member: 6:15am.
Me: Sorry for that.

Man.... Today's a real bad day. One of the worst day, just because of a dream. This is the 96th nightmare I dreamt. During classes, I almost sleep. Whew. Sensei didn't notice me (I was like "Sensei, notice me!"). I'm safe.

Dismissal time has started!

Crap. Our Glee club leader called the Top 5 bands of the Ukiyoe Middle:

5: The Karmi Martin
4: Untold
3: hAPPY dREAM
2: Arcane Circus, which is our band
1: Ukiyoe Band

Of course, Ukiyoe Band is the first in top and the main because the band were named after the school. We're going to perform on our Recognition Day. 1 month before Recognition Day.......... A lot of time for practices. We need to decide on what song are we going to sing. Akira- san suggests Aoi Eir's song, Innocence, that was used as the 2nd opening theme of Sword Art Online. That's a good song, I said. Hikaru- kun suggests Unravel by TK, opening theme of Tokyo Ghoul series. I said I won't sing it, but someone. It may be Akira- san. He said...

Akira- san: It's okay for me.

Hikaru- kun was shocked. I was in awe to hear it (poker- face). I didn't know that Akira- san sings, even though he has a feminine build. Hahaha. Why am I laughing? I shouldn't be laughing around. Never mind. We need to practice now, as in now!

Flash card: 1 hour and 30 minutes later......

Now we're done, I still can't move on, because of that dream. Spare this night for me, so that I can sleep. Who am I talking to? Am I crazy? I waited Rikuo- sama and Tsurara- chan at the school gate, while listening to the music of my cellphone. After 5 minutes, they arrive here. Walking with my best friend and young master gives me a relief from a nightmare.

As we arrive in the Nura house, Wakana- sama's outside, waiting for us. We ate together in the dining room, talking about what happened when we're in school. Not that good.

Night has returned. Now I don't know what to do. I wanna sleep, but I can't. I'm so tired. No one spared me a night. ".......". Suddenly, Night Rikuo- sama appeared to me.

Night Rikuo- sama: Can't sleep because of that nightmare?
Me: *sad* Yeah.
Night Rikuo- sama: Stress?
Me: I think so....
Night Rikuo- sama: You should rest.
Me:.... Thank you for the advice. Maybe I can sleep by now.
