"Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. I welcome you all and once again thankyou for taking out time from your busy schedules and making time to celebrate the return of my daughter with us . Now , i know you all are waiting for me to reveal my figlia . Nitara come up here Bambi. " Papa called out for me .

Shit .
I hate social gatherings. They make me feel so self conscious and anxious.

I feel a tap on my hip I turn around to be met with Storm grey eyes staring into my amber ones and encouraging me to walk over to papa.

I nod my head once and make my way towards papa , ignoring all the eyes searching for my face .

Papa smiles at me and slides his hand into mine and raises it above his head .

"Ladies and gentlemen, here is my daughter. l'erede del mio trono.  La prossima regina della mafia in fila.."

Wow . Everyone looks at me up and down as if I stole their cupcakes. Well the cupcakes were yummy so instead of 2 I just took 5 nothing much tbh.

I elbowed papa to let him know that I was starting to feel anxious but he couldn't understand my actions and handed over the Mic to me .

I smile sheepishly at the audiance and search for a pair of grey eyes but frown when I don't find one.

Papa taps my back and I get his message.

"H-hi everyone. W-wow you all look so beautiful. Especially all the women you are s-so pretty. I'm jealous. Oh. Hi , I'm Nitara but y-you can call me Tara as papa calls me . A-also I would love to be your friend. Um...... Y-yes that's all . Thankyou." Ackkkk. I did it.

As I start to walk towards the audiance I find the beautiful pair of eyes I was searching for looking at me with so much adoration?? ..... He sips his wine while maintaining eye contact with me . He looks at me and smirks , signalling me to come over.

My legs betray me as I start to walk towards him but as I got nearer to him I realised he is not alone . With him is a beautiful blonde. Her height, her body and specially her lips are to die for .
She looks at Nico and Whispers something in his ear while running her hand down his arm .

Nico smirks.

I don't like it . I feel like I should leave them alone. I was in so much denial until I heard a voice from behind.

"Nitara??"  A deep voice called.

I turned to look at a pair of green eyes , dark brown hair searching for my eyes. His suit , being the darkest colour of blue. He smiles at me and start to make his way towards me .

"Hi , I'm Leonard but you can call me leo if you like. I um.... Yes so I hate social gatherings but i Heard your speech Tara" he said those words stressing on the last ones.

"Hi Leo , you're so pretty. Nice to meet you." I chimed

He blushed. Awww. He's a cutie.
