You and the group had just finished up a big mission on Hoth. One that was highly stressful. Wrecker awkwardly tried to brighten the mood. His try's did nothing. You grabbed a chunk of snow and played with it in your hands until it formed a ball. "Wrecker," you nudged the giant next you you. He looked over with a hum, "watch this." You said as you prepared for the inevitable.

"Crosshair!" You shouted. The sniper removed his helmet, only making your next move better. As he turned to you, you launched the snow ball at him. Hitting him right in the face. You and Wrecker burst out into a fit of laughter. This even got a giggle out of Tech and put a smile on Hunters face. Crosshair put his helmet back on, and started stretching. "He can only catch one of us." Wrecker said as he abandoned you and darted for the forest. You ran as well, but Crosshair was right on your tail. He was faster by all means, but you had more stamina. As you continued running into a field, you realized this wasn't a field. It was a frozen lake.

"Crosshair! Stop!" You shouted. He slid to a stop, fairly easily too. Showing he wasn't on the ice. You heard cracking underneath your feet. This wasn't a good sign. "What's wrong?" Crosshair shouted, still unaware you were standing on weak ice. "I'm on ice! If I move, or add extra weight, I could fall in and I'd rather not do that." You shouted back. "Ok, just, slowly make your way back to me." He said, and you started. Baby steps, one foot in front of the other. The cracking only got worse when you moved. Hunter, Tech and Wrecker joined Crosshair on the shore, where it's safe. Crosshair was explaining how you were on weak ice and could fall in at any moment.

The worst happened.

You fell in.

The cold water was a sensation like none other. It completely soaked the clothes you were currently wearing. You banged against the surface of the ice. It didn't do much. You were being drug around by a current. You heard footsteps on the ice. It was the whole team. "-Over here!" Wrecker shouted, shoving his hand through the ice. You had already blacked out by the time they got you out.

You didn't remember much, but all you did know is you were freezing. You gazed around your setting. It was the Marauder. It was your closest. But something was wrong. It felt like just minutes ago you were four feet under ice. The voices coming from outside of your room were oddly faint. "-it was my fault. I was closest to them, I should've been able to catch them." The voice was Crosshair. This was odd. He sounded, almost guilty. You slowly made your way to the main area. "No, it was my fault. I'm in charge of this team and I promised this mission nothing would happen to any of us." Hunter responded. "Listen, you can sit here and point fingers. Or you can tell me where we keep our space blankets." You joked. It didn't lighten the mood at all. But something rare happened.

Crosshair hugged out. Like, hugged, you. You stood there, stiff as a board. How were you supposed to react? I mean, he never show's physical affection. His physical affection is punching you. You had no other choice but to hug him back. Everyone else went into the bunk room. Leaving you and Crosshair alone. "I'm sorry." He mumbled as he broke the hug. "Why? I'm the one who threw the snow ball!" You pointed out. It clearly didn't make him feel better. He sniffed. "Are you.. crying?" You asked. "What?! No! My nose is just running." His usual tone was back. You just laughed. "Ok, but seriously, where do we keep the space blankets?" You asked, bugging literally everyone else on the ship. Tech helped you find them.

Crosshair seemed a little different ever since that day your fell through the ice. He seemed, nicer.
