(This chapter and the next ones are base off of season 2 so if you haven't seen it this will be a spoiler.)

After Order 66, you became a bounty hunter. Since you were separated from The Bad Batch, you figured this would be a good way to find them. But your trying never seemed to pay off. You walked into Cid's parlour. She seemed excited you were here. This was never a good sign. "Y/N! I'm glad your here." She walked up to you. You sighed. "Listen, Cid, I'm tired. I just finished a four day assignment. I need a bit of a break." You admitted. She sighed. "I guess I'll have to send a different team." She sighed, walking behind the counter. You sat down, sipping on caf. If nothing happened with your search for your old team, you'd have to drop it. You've been doing this for years now.

"Cid, got another job for us?" A familiar voice asked. You started eavesdropping. "Yep! Here's what it is.." She said. All you heard was this team was going to steal a war chest. The leader, smartly, refused. You've been there before. It didn't end well. You had a fractured shoulder. But at least you still had your head. And - surprisingly - you brought back some of the chest. Cid's been trying to get someone to go there for who know's how long.

They walked out and your heart stopped. Your stomach dropped. It was them. The people you've been trying to contact for years. You walked past them, but one kept looking at you. I mean, you couldn't just go up to them. "Hey, Cid." You said to her. She turned with a hum. "What was that job you wanted me to do?" You asked. A huge grin appeared on her face. There was no backing out of this now.

You landed on the surface of Serenno. As you walked through the forest, you saw the Marauder. Confirming that they were here. You heart pounded in you chest. Not because you were nervous for the mission. You were nervous to talk to them. You walked a bit more, only to see the crates falling from the sky. Probably Tech. He's the only one who's able to figure that out. You ran towards a fallen blue crate, prying to open. You found six was chests, but you only needed one. You strapped the chest to your back, then continued walking. You heard familiar voices coming from your right. You crouched down. It was Echo and Tech. But with them was a small child. They were calling her Omega. Hunter probably found her and adopted her. Honestly this wouldn't be surprising.

Tech was limping. This also wasn't surprising. He always got hurt. You watched them walk, then find a survivor. Who you had already met. He also knew your were in the bushes. But he said nothing. You we're grateful. You didn't want to talk to them just yet. You wanted to make sure: 1. They weren't going to kill you. 2. They didn't have their inhibiter chips. And 3. Was it just Tech and Echo? You continued to spy on them through a window. You also watched the little girl leave. To get the chest. This is why you didn't like kids.

You saw her repel down, you followed. She raised her energy bow at you. "Woah. I'm not going to hurt you." You stated. She still didn't trust you. "How do I know that?" She asked, her hands shaking. You thought frantically about how to prove it to her. You had two options. 1. You knock her out and drag her up. Or 2. You have no idea what 2 is. So you might have to go with 1. "How do I know that?!" She repeated herself. She was getting ready to release her shot. "I know your dad." This was the only thing you could think of. "Which one?" She asked. Which one? Did all of them adopt her? "All of them. Echo, Tech, Hunter, and Wrecker." You responded. She dropped her weapon. Turning back to packing everything into her bag.

"You came her for the chest. Why?" You asked.
"We need it." Was all she said. You sighed.
"Listen, you don't need to risk your life for some credits and gems." You stated.
"But we do. It's my fault." She didn't go in depth on what happened, but you knew.
"You don't need a chest to say your sorry. I'm sure Hunter didn't let you join them for nothing. He saw something in you." You attempted to reassure her, but you were never really good at this. You racked your brain, trying to figure out why they took her in. You only had one answer. She was like you. She was so much like you it was scary, and they couldn't leave you a second time.

"Omega!" Echo shouted. Omega turned to where is voice came from. "Echo!" Omega shouted back. He repelled into the crate you were in. He drew his blasters at you. You were wearing a mask, so this wasn't shocking. "Echo! It's me!" You shouted, removing your mask. You didn't have time to react before Echo enveloped you in a hug. You honestly forgot how much you missed this. "Y/N! We missed you so much!" He exclaimed. "I missed you guys too." You mumbled back. The crate shifted and Omegas pack fell. "Omega! Leave it." You shouted at her. She seemed sad. You grabbed her and put her on the rope. We didn't have time for her emotions. Right now you guys needed to get out of there before the crate fell.

Omega went up, then you, then Echo. You heard something in the distance, and decided to go around Omega. You figured if Omega went up first and was faced with Stormtroopers it wouldn't end well. You got up and your suspicions were confirmed. You slipped your mask back on and drew your blaster. You had to put it on stun so you didn't accidentally kill one of them. You saw Tech. It honesty hurt more than the blast that went through your back. It didn't hit anything vital, luckily. But if you didn't get out of there soon you might bleed to death. A missile went at a couple Troopers on speeders. That was definitely not a shoot to stun shot. In all honesty, it was probably Wrecker. You watched the Marauder land, and Hunter and Wrecker flew out. Tech, Hunter and Wrecker pointed their blasters at you. You removed your mask. "It's me." Was all you got to say before you had Wrecker picking you up off the ground and spinning you around. "We missed you!" Wrecker shouted. Hunter gave you a firm hug. Then Tech. But this one was different. You removed his helmet, and he put a hand on your face.

"Your still as beautiful as the day I lost you." Was all he said.
