While Gigi was at school and Ana snuck out the house for the day to get her hair braided, me and twin sat at home eating doordash and watching boondocks
"Ma!" Gio called out, waving the chicken in his hand while he sat on the couch beside me. I looked over at him
"Yeah, yo momma gone kill me if she find out I'm letting you still watch this"
He side eyed me before focusing on the tv again and bit a piece of the chicken he held
"You might look like me, but I swear you gotta attitude like yo momma" I told him, hearing the door unlock before opening
Emoni walked in, smiling at gio
"Look at aunties big boy!"
He slid out of the chair before going over to her and she picked him up
"Emoni.." I called her name
"Hey brother" she grinned, coming to sit down beside me, sitting gio on her lap as he kept eating his chicken. She reached to touch me and I slapped her hand away
"Don't touch me. How the hell you get a key to my house?"
"I got one made..."
"Ion remember telling you that you could get one"
"It's for emergencies.. duhh"
"Well what the hell the emergency is for you to use it just now?"
She looked down at the wing in Gio's hand "obviously the emergency is I gotta rescue my nephew cause why is he eating a hot wing? Ana gone kill you"
"That ain even a hot wing"
"It smell hot"
"Cause you smell mine" I showed her my tray "he got regular wings"
"No you didn't buy this one year old a whole 6 piece for himself"
"He ain got the 6 piece.. we got combos. He got enough food to last him till later"
"They feeding you like a grown man gio"
He laid back against her before holding the chicken up to her mouth tryina get her to eat it
"No thank you. I'm good"
"You see my son tryina be nice and offer you some food" I told her
"Well you eat it"
I shook my head "hell Nah.. I got my own food"
"You ain't shit... where Ana at?"
"Supposed to be getting her hair done"
"I need to send her a nice lil message cursing her out"
I looked at emoni "whatchu tryina curse my baby out for?"
"Cause she starting to act like you" she answered making me laugh "we was on the phone yesterday and she said she was gone call me back but never did"
"Probably cause yesterday yo nephew was acting like she couldn't even go take a shit without him being up under her"
"Cause he love his momma. Leave him alone"
Her phone vibrated so she picked it up, smiling while she read a message
"What the hell you smiling at?"
"Who smiling?"
"Play dumb emoni.. get you and whatever nigga that is ass beat"
