"Ight now Keith.. don't fuck up my son hair" I warned him for the third time
Keith chuckled, looking at me
"Dre, I've been cutting hair since before you were born. I got this"
"Im just warning you cause you already know ima be on yo ass.. but his momma gone be on yo ass even worse"
"Yeah I'm not gonna upset the Mrs.. I got this. Ain't that right Gio" he said to gio, holding his hand out. Gio smiled and gave him a high five.
He draped gio with the cape and got started. He grabbed the scissors before looking at me
"You wanna do the first cut?"
I grabbed the scissors and Gio's eyes followed my hand the whole time. When I got close to his hair he looked up at my hand to see what I was doing
"I came right on time" I heard Darius voice say as he walked in the barbershop smiling like usual with his big goofy ass
When gio heard his uncle he looked back and smiled
"I'm surprised lil dre letting you do this"
"Why you think I came as soon as everybody was feeling better. So she can't change her mind before I do it"
Gio fixed his head so I took the opportunity to cut his ponytail and when I finished he looked up at me again, seeing his hair in my hand
"Ain no turning back now twin"
"Yo momma really bout to be made cause you REALLY about to look like yo daddy now" Darius laughed
When Keith was about to get started, gio jumped up reaching for me
"Come on now twin" I grabbed him and decided to just sit him on my lap. I sat down in the chair and sat him down, pulling out my phone and played some video on YouTube so he could watch it
"You ready now?" Keith asked gio, who was now ignoring him
"You ready?" I asked Keith
"I got this"
"Ight. Fuck my nephew hair up and we on yo ass Keith" Darius said before Keith got started forreal this time
"I'm surprised you out this early" I told Darius
"I had to drop Dj off at school this morning then go deal with kema and her bullshit"
"What bullshit this time?"
"Her momma talked her into putting me on child support so I had to do a court ordered DNA test this morning before they can continue"
"After all these years. Why she tryina do it now?"
"Cause that hoe money hungry. Between her and Kira... I wish I never fucked either one of him"
"Kira tryina put you on child support too?"
"Not that I know of."
"She really gone he shamed if the court make you give her less than what you usually give her voluntarily"
"That's on her. And that's all she gettin outta me"
"Better do like I did with Aysia. Give that money, let her figure out the rest and keep anything you buy at yo house"
"And I wasn't even tryina be like that. But at this point I'm like fuck it. Kema one of them babymommas ima have to treat her like everybody else and she gone realize how good she had it"
