When I was a child I used to sit on my fathers shoulders screaming: "I can fly!" I laughed. My father running around in the garden, holding my legs tight, so I don't fall. I used to touch the leaves of our big apple tree, feeling the texture of every single one my hand could reach. Feeling the wind around my ears. I felt so careless. Why is this memory flashing before my eyes? Why exactly now?

I slowly opened my eyes. At least I think I did. I wasn't able to see anything. My wrists hurt. I was hungry. How long was I here already? I don't remember. Not leaving this dark room made me forget about time. My body started shaking. I guess that's what I deserve. I can't fix what I've done. It's all my fault.

The door suddenly opened in front of me, making me close my eyes shut and groan in pain. The light wasn't warm and didn't change the fact that I was freezing. I tried to open my eyes put the light was to bright. I heard loud footsteps approaching me.

"Well well well", I heard someone say. I recognized the voice. "How's my sweetheart doing?" His face was right in front of mine and I could feel his warm stinky breath on my cheeks. "Fuck you Kyle." was all I said. I could sense how angry he got and then he slapped me across the face. My head was now hanging on the right side, me being to weak as to lift my head back up in its correct position. It didn't hurt at first but as he started talking again I could feel the burn in my left cheek, starting to pulsate. "You know, I never liked your mean side." said Kyle. I could hear him walk around the metal chair I was sitting on. "You always act like you know everything better than us. That got on my fucking nerves!" he shouted. I just smiled to myself, head still hanging down and my eyes closed. "You just hate the truth. You can't handle being wrong because you're too stupid." I replied. He grabbed me by my hair pulling my head back. "You better shut your mouth." he whispered. Kyle aggressively pushed my head back down which hurt my neck. I didn't show any reaction. I can't let him know how scared I was. Never. I tried to open my eyes once more. It hurt. Everything hurts but I did it anyway. I looked to the side, so my face is not facing the open door, where the light was coming from. I could slightly see Kyle standing behind me on my right side. "You know, if you just did what you were told, all of this wouldn't have to happen. But you. You are a traitor." he whispered into my ear. I giggled slightly. I don't know why. It was the only thing I could do. "Oh you think this is funny huh?", he hissed and I feel his hand around my neck. The other reached around holding a knife so I could see it. "Now tell me what you really planned." he demanded. I just grinned. "I won't tell you anything." His grip around my neck tightened. "I'm not joking around here." "Me neither Kyle." I answered with a soft voice. Talking was strange. Not being able to talk with someone for a long time made my voice go weak.
"Alright. Then we do it the hard way." Kyle said in a bored voice.
I knew what was coming next. I don't even remember how many times he tortured me already. He started to cut into my stomach like he did some time before. Opening up the wound that desperately tried to heal before.

I groaned in pain. Trying to resist a scream that wants to leave my body. I don't know how much longer I can take this. He licked me across my cheek. "C'mon babes. I wanna hear those pretty screams of yours." I let out a breathy laugh. "You wish." I heard him giggle slightly. "God even that I hate you doesn't change the fact that I like your stubbornness. It makes all this way more fun."
I laughed which made my voice break at the end. Please let this be over.
I felt how the ropes around my wrists started to loosen up. He freed one of my hands and put it on a small table he pulled over. He locked my right hand on the table and I heard him walk away, out of the room. It was quiet. My eyes finally started to get used to the light and I could see through the door. I couldn't see anything but another ugly door. I looked around the room, looking at the same ugly walls as so many times before. Shortly Kyle came back, putting several things on the table. I couldn't really tell what it was because before I could look at it he pulled my head back, like he did before. "Okay darling. I will now break one of your fingers if you don't tell me what you're planning." I felt metal touching one of my right fingers. I swallowed down my nervousness and just look down to him, a big grin on my face. His serious expression turned into to a psychotic smile and the pressure around my finger got harder. My smile faded away and I screamed at the top of my lungs as I heard my finger break and a sharp pain went through it up to my arm.
