There was a different vibe in today's atmosphere— the party vibe.
Everyone was getting ready. Thea, Hope, Lizzie and Josie were in a room, helping each other get ready. Thea and Hope were wearing short dresses and Lizzie and Josie were also wearing shorts dresses which were matching to each others. It has net from the waist. The bride and the groom were in their room getting ready. Mikaelson sisters and Hayley were in one room getting ready and brothers in one. I don't know where is Niklaus and Chris by the way.
I was doing the last-minute touch-up to the party. Everything was in a blue vibe. I themed the party BLUE. That's why my dress is blue too. No one knows the theme is blue. Everything was perfect. By the way, I am doing something huge tonight. I'm proposing.

I entered Caroline and Stefan's room. Caroline was ready she was wearing a white long length dress with a slit. Care was doing her hair and Stefan was doing his tie. "I need to talk to you guys" they both turned towards me and were in awe because I looked amazing. I was wearing a dark blue long dress with a slit at the side. I had diamond on my necklace and glitter on my eye and nail matching my dress.
"You look..." Care couldn't finish her sentence cause Stefan did "gorgeous". "Thank you but I have something important to say" they both nodded putting their whole attention towards me. "I'm proposing tonight. To Nik". The shock was the look on their faces. "I've divorced already," "when?" they don't know. "Um the day Damon and I met recently he asked for a divorce and I agreed but he also asked for the custody of Soph," anger took over Stefan's face. "Stef it's OK we can't change the fact I'm in love with his enemy and he with mine," again both were shocked. How much out of the loop they were? "Yeah, he is with the human doppelganger and wants to start human life with her and my daughter and also wants to suppress Soph's wolf side"

"Stef don't be mad I didn't want you both to worry, but back to the main topic. I'll ask Nik to marry me tonight if you guys lend me some of your spotlights tonight?" they both hide their anger and sadness behind and a big smile because they were happy to see me happy with someone I love so much.

The party started a few minutes ago only. Guests were coming in for the best party of the year. Still haven't seen my boys. I was still in my room. Grabbing the ring and my clutch bag. There was a knock on my door and Thea stood there. "You look cute TT" she smiled and instructed me to come down as almost everyone was there. I walked towards the stairs. Standing there looking at everyone and then at the bottom of the stair stood my love. My Niklaus. I walked down my heels clicking on the stair. His hand was extended to help me. I grabbed and interlocked my arm with his. He kissed my cheeks and whispered, "I apologise before only cause this dress is going down after the party like before". Dirty-minded people. I grabbed a glass of champagne from a guy roaming with them on a tray. "award for the best party of the year goes to..." a big smile grew on my face at my own words. Niklaus just laughed at my words. Man this place is crowded. My grip on Nik's arm grew to tighten like always I don't really like crowded places. Even though it is my party. "Let's get out of here" he muttered and pulled me out near the fountain.
