I grabbed my white floral dress and white sneakers after taking a relaxing hot bath. I was feeling refreshed and energetic today. I called Damon last night asking if we can meet up. He agreed and asked for the reason. I know it was absurd for him to ask why I want meet my husband. So I replied that I want to personally invite him to his little brother's anniversary party.
I kept my look simple. I pinned my side hair with a cute heart clip. I grabbed few of my gold rings and necklace. I was ready to slay the day.

"You look like you'll kill people today," he said pulling me closer to him. "Don't ruin my fresh makeup Mikealson," a smirk grew on his face wanting to exact opposite to what I said but didn't. Wise choice. "So should I drop?" He asked. Wait I lost the count thay how many time he asked this question. And my same reply. "No".
I took my golden car and raced down to the villa of Damon's. He was already here. "Hello Ava" "Hi D" he pulled me into a hug. The old sparks not getting ignited. "I missed you" he words were no surprise to me. "Good to hear," "come on in. It's your house only " his sarcastic reply. No one was there except us. I thought he would have brought Soph. But no. "So how's life?"
"Entertaining. You tell"
"Hah. Mine is a rollercoaster that just finished it's ride"
"I can see back to square one"
"Damon I--"
"I want to ask you something. I want to ask something that means a lot to you basically sacrificing something that means a lot to you... Someone"
"What's up Day?"
"Avie I need you-- I want you-- I want you to sign papers fordivorceandcustodyofSoph"
"Repeat the last few words... slowly "
"For divorce and custody of soph"
I was taked back by his words. Not of divorce but of custody one.
"Why?"
"I want to start a new life. A new human life with someone I always wanted "
"Elena" I muttered under my breath thinking my little one is with Elena the doppelbitch.
"Um Damon I can't say no to you cause I am back with the person that wounded me the most and you filled those scars. I did the same to you. Elena left you wounded and filled those"
"We both were just fillers for each other I guess "
"Damon but Sophia"
He grabbed my hand pulled me closer no thinking of the consequences. His hand was in my hairs. Grabbing my head. He tilted his head and forcefully placed his lips on mine. I tried to push him and I did.
I ran to my car and drove back to him.
"Nik...Nik..." my voice echoed through out the voice with tears rolling down my cheeks. "Yes Love" as he turned towards me he quickly pulled me into a hug. "What happened" he softly whispered. "Damon. He-- he wants things that i- I can-- can't give" he walked me to the room as we both sat on the couch.
"Now tell me" I took a deep breath gathering all the courage to speak. "Please first promise me you won't tell Stefan or Caroline cause I don't want them to worry. And also don't go and kill Damon" he happily agreed to the first part but for the second he wasn't sure. "Damon asked for a divorce" a smile grew on his face "what's the problem then sweetheart?" "It was not only the divorce but also custody, whole custody of Soph" Niklaus placed his hand on my cheeks pulling my head up so we can look eye to eye.
"Love listen it's his choice but when the papers will get signed the child will be with both cause she is what 11-12 or otherwise they'll ask her what she wants. And I know everything will be sorted out" I closed my eyes trying to understand his words. Actually he was right. "How do you know these stuff?" He broke our eye contact "um there was a time when Hayley would have taken me to court to take away Hope from me and then make Hope a non-Mikealson. From there I researched that if one parent is not responsible or some problem is there the child will be given to the stable parent" I interlocked my hand with his "no one will take Hope, Thea or Chris away from you".

There might be bit of hate, not liking Damon things in the book but I love DAMON. I am TEAM DAMON only. But for the book's plot he has to become a little bad guy. But who don't love Damon S1... So please don't send hate that I'm bashing Damon. He is the better man!
