Before I could take a good look at the kitchen, there was a scream, echoing through my ears. Most likely coming from Lexi...

I looked at the boys with a scared expression and immediately followed the scream from where it probably came. Me and the boys ran to the backrooms. At least I was right, she was right there, getting trapped in the corner of the room by no other than Bonnie that magically turned on to attack.

"What the hell..." I thought to myself and looked around to look for something to attack with. There weren't a lot of things that could potentially help on whatever I was trying to do.

I grabbed a pipe that was laying on the floor and to be honest, I didn't think it would help me much. It was nothing compared to an animatronic that was twice my height. I got my hopes up, though, so I moved forward to Bonnie as quickly and as quietly as possible before hitting the back of his head with that pipe.

For my big compassion, he reacted faster than I thought he would. He turned back immediately after the hit. He stared at me with his blank eyes then glanced at the boys beside me. He began walking to our direction and there was seriously nothing I could do.

"RUN!" I croaked loudly and turned back to run somewhere away from the backroom so the animatronic would start chasing me. This way, Lexi will be freed and we will have a chance of running away successfully.

The only problem was that we somehow had to knock Bonnie out because if we didn't, he could leave the diner and walk around, waiting to hurt someone. I couldn't leave just like that.

"It's really nice that we are saving Lexi's life right now but we also have to eliminate that animatronic" Jason choked out breathlessly. I didn't say anything, neither did Michael but I motioned for them to follow me.

I concealed under a random table, followed by both of the boys and looked around to see where Bonnie was and if he saw where we hid. Happily for us, he was moving right towards the other end of the pizzeria so we had enough time to move back to the backroom.

I showed Michael and Jason a sign, showing them that I was going back to the backroom alone. Just as I was about to get out of our hiding spot, I felt my hand being pulled back by Michael.

"Y/N, you can't go. It's too dangerous." He exagerated and firmly held my hand.

"What about Lexi? We can't just leave her like that..." I countered and looked at him with a scared expression.

"She's going to make it... I promise.." Mike soothed and kept holding my hand so I don't run back.

We waited for at least two minutes on pins and needles shivering in anticipation of her finally venturing to come out. But with every passing second, I was debating whether I should break free from Michael's grip or stay where I was.

Eventually I decided to try and run to help Lexi.

"I can't do this anymore.." I whispered and with that, I made Michael lose his grip on me and let me go.
Without saying anything, I quickly looked around to see if Bonnie was nearby and when I saw he wasn't, I ran to the backrooms as quickly as possible.

"Y/N, what are y-" Jason tried to say but I was already further and I wouldn't hear anything anyway.

I savely made it back and saw Lexi already up from the floor. My eyes were getting watery for some reason. Probably because my close friend would've died in front of me.

I hugged her tightly, almost without letting her breath and coaxed.

"Lexi... I'm... So glad you're ok" My voice echoed through the room and although I could still hear Bonnie's scary noises, I didn't pull back from her.

I had to stop hugging her at some point so I did. I told her to follow me and looked through the door again to see if he was getting any closer. I didn't see him anywhere in the room so I supposed he could've went in the kitchen.

I returned back to our so-called hiding spot and went under the table as Lexi followed me.

"Y/N, you could've gotten hurt!" Michael immediately began complaining about how careless I was and how I didn't put any caution in my actions.

"Mike... I'm alright, nothing happened.. calm down" I assured him calmly and stroked his arm reassuringly.

"Lexi! Thank god, you're alright!" Jason mumbled happily and hugged Lexi as well as Michael who also went in to hug her.

After a little, we had to start discussing how we were going to beat the animatronic in the other room.

"How about rocks or bricks?!" Jason hollered in "Eureka".

We all agreed but I thought that it wouldn't be good enough. And it was quite childish. But still, I didn't have any other ideas and also there were plenty of rocks and fallen off the walls bricks so it was affordable and we had some chance of survival.

"Guys, wait... My father used to always have an axe somewhere in the backrooms because he thought he would need it" Michael called and reminded me of that one time when was wondering why was there an axe.

"I remember it!" I concluded "I can go try to find it while you can just win some time for me"

Both Lexi and Jason agreed but Michael hesitated.

"It's not save... I don't agree.." he finally said and got all gloomy and obviously worried.

"Don't worry, Michael, nothing's gonna happen. I promise you,. I'm gonna be quick" I tried calming Michael once again and hugged him in reassurance and for comfort.
He, once again, hesitated but after a short thinking break, he agreed.

I could still hear Bonnie's footsteps and his breathing and the noises he was making. He was close to the door so there was a possibility he could come back any second now.

As quickly as we could, we split up and the three of them went around the room to find rocks and bricks. I entered the backrooms and one by one looked carefully around the rooms, trying to be faster but also careful in my searching...
