*Chapter 24*

After talking in front of the school for a bit, we got on our way to their house to party more.

While we were walking away from the school, I heard running in the distance that was actually getting closer. I turned around and so did everyone else. There was Jessica who was sprinting with full- on speed to catch up.

"Can I join you, guys?" She asked as she was already closer enough for us to hear. She got closer to Michael and started pushing herself to him, while he looked uncomfortable "I want to spend more time with Mikey"
She turned on that "sweet" voice when she continued.

"The impudence.." I annoyedly and angrily thought and rolled my eyes.
I was about to say "No" but I didn't have a choice since it wasn't my house that we were going to. We all thought about it for a second along with Stella and Simon discussing it. I knew they didn't want her to join us but also were they too nice to refuse. Unfortunately for all of us, they both agreed for her to come as long as she didn't put on a scene with any of us.

We walked again. We all talked. Had fun even while talking. Jessica was trying to make Michael notice her but he wasn't paying attention and was just ignoring her while talking to the boys. At some point when she got too annoying, he would get pissed and tell her off. She would stop for a few minutes and then start again. And that was all over again until we got there.

Throughout the way, I talked to Nia, Maddie and Isabella mostly cuz I wanted to get to know them better (not that I didn't know them well enough but it wouldn't hurt). Stella and Lexi were already going crazy so they were jumping around and running like crazy so basically for the moment they just acted like little children.

The moonlight basically lit up our way along with the street lamps. The only thing I could hear around us was our talking and the sounds of crickets, hiding in the grass. As we got to Simon and Stella's neighbourhood, I saw lots of different houses in different colours, shapes and more. I didn't go to their neighbourhood a lot cause it wasn't necessary but every time Stella invited me over, I would go.

We got there alive and healthy for my surprise, knowing that their neighbourhood wasn't the safest one. They unlocked the door and let everyone get in and when we all did they locked it once again. We turned on the light, took our shoes off and we already got crazy.

And that's when we started with the party.

We got out of our bags lots of alcohol and cigarettes as well as Stella and Simon that hid bottles of vodka in their rooms. We put everything on the coffee table in the living room and we counted what we had because we were informed by the siblings that we'll have to drink everything because they can't hide the bottles for too long. I thought I could do it and I wanted to try no matter if I was literally going to die or puke all over the couch.

So we all sat down on the couch, played games, drank, listened to music and generally had a lot of fun. I drank a few shots of vodka. They were one.. then two.. then three... then four and so on until the number turned to 23. Quite a lot right..?

I decided to take a little break from drinking and continue in a few minutes. I was already dizzy so it was the best idea I had. It was around 12 PM when I had my first drinking rest. We all played truth or dare, including Jessica but I actually had to use the bathroom. After I did, I got back and we continued with the game. All of them, including me, didn't know on what earth we were but we all were not really sober and we did all of the shit a drunken person would which I thought was quite funny.

"Okay, it's Mark's turn" Lexi called out as he got ready to choose from us.

"Jessica" He called her out and she had quite an easy time choosing truth or dare. Actually, she was the only one that didn't have too much drinks. She just drank a can of beer and something like 3 shots of vodka. She chose truth and she looked like she knew what she was doing. I looked at her like I knew she wasn't trustworthy.

"Why do you hate Y/N?" I definitely didn't expect that and when I heard him say it, I was surprised, to say the least. Jessica looked around and sighed after she realized no one was going to save her.

"As soon as I found out you and Michael were best friends, I immediately thought he had a crush on you and that it was mutual, but I was so in love with him that I thought that if I humiliated you somehow, it would make him less attracted to you" She turned to me and started explaining and I already thought it was the dumbest thing to hate someone for but what could I do?

"Well, that was fucked up" I calmly replied and quickly tried to brush it off. We continued on with the game until we got bored and started partying better.

We turned on the music at its max and started dancing and doing some real dumb shit like some animals.

I drank quite too much and because of that, I laid down on the couch and closed my eyes for a minute so I could come to my senses. I ignored everything. I didn't listen to my friends' conversations or neither did I participate in one.
