One plus One Is Three?

You make me happy

Letting Alice down I scanned the area for any danger. Not like my girl wouldn't beable to handle herself but it's my duty to protect her. Once I concluded there was no danger I came back to see Alice walking through the clearing. It was sunny out so the sun bounced off of her exposed skin. Her arms shinned like a million little diamonds. Then her face.

Her hair spiked in different directions. Her eyes ugh, I"ll never get tired of looking at them. In the time I was gawking at her, she saw that I was staring and smirked. "You gonna keep standing over there and stare at me or are you gonna join me?" She chuckled and shook her head walking towards the middle of the clearing where most of the multicolor flowers and grass grew.

I wasted no time and sped right towards her so I was standing right in front of her. My hands rested on her waist while hers wrapped around my kneck. "I'll be honest I am for once speechless. There's so much to talk about and yet there's so little I know about you." Alice frowned cupping my face in her hand. I nuzzled her hand sighing.

"Then let's play 20 questions!" I exclaimed getting excited. I had always wanted to play that game!

Alice then smiled and let a full belly laugh. Letting go of my face she covered her mouth and shook her head. "I'm sorry I've never met anyone so excited to play 20 questions. But I'm willing to play along." She rested her head on my shoulder while I rested my chin atop her head. We slowly swayed from side to side while I tried to think of a good first question.

Do I go serious or play it cool? Asking her favortie color seems dumb and childish but I wanna know all there is about her. I frowned not realizing how hard this game would be.

"My favorite color is Yellow now it's my turn to ask. You can ask your serious question afterwards." She whispered. My mouth fell open and closed like a fish astounded she knew what I was thinking or even going to ask. Holding my shock back I waited for her question. I closed my eyes and rested my cheek ontop of her head.

"What's your diet far as food?" I nodded mentally not suprised she would ask. My eyes are not normal after all even in my human form. In my demon form they're all black but when I'm just a human they're a vibrant purple.

"I drink from humans. I only take out rapist, terrorists, murderers, ect. I never kill innocents." I inhaled Alices scent and immediately felt high. She smelt of sunshine, pine, and vanilla. Goodness she smells good.

Alice hummed in acknowledgement. "I've never tasted human blood. I've only lived off of animal blood since Carlisle taught me that way. To take a life for me is no easy feat. I'm not even sure I could. But if somone were to put you or my family in danger then I would without a doubt. In the end I am not uncomfortable with your diet. I respect it and you. There's really nothing you could tell me that would turn me away." Alice whispered the last part.

I felt giddy on the inside knowing how she felt. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect mate. "Thank you amore mio that means everything to me." I paused and debated how to phrase my next question. "Now for my more serious question...how did you know what I was going to do before I did it?"

From there she explained her powers and her family's powers. She could see the future but it was subjective, Edward could read minds but not mine, Jasper could feel and control others emotions, Emmet had incredible strength, Rosalie was know for her beauty, Esme for her hospitality amd lovingness, and Carlisle for his control of human blood.

We asked several more questions to eachother never leaving the others embrace. Our slow dance never stopped as we swayed from side to side until it was time for school.

"I belive we have somewhere to be in 30 minutes." I whipsered enjoying the tranquility of it all. Alice dug her face further into my shoulder and groaned.

"Dont remind me." I chuckled at her antics and rubbed her back soothingly. "Come on love. At least we'll have all of our classes together. I kissed her head and picked her up throwing her over my shoulder holding her by her waist.

"Bella put me down! I can walk!" I chuckled and let her squirm kicking her legs trying to get loose. "Can't do that Ms.Cullen." She laughed in return promising to kick my butt once she was down.

I ran us back to her house all the while laughing at her almost sincere death threats.
