.+* Father Wildberry's home *+.

It was another day, sunrise rose up while moonlight fell down. Today was Wildberry's day off, and he planned to make the most of it.

...

That is if he was awake . . .

His alarm clock went off, he immediately turned it off and turned to his side. Only to be met with the face of Crunchy Chip, he quickly backed away.

"Good morning, Wildberry~!"

Wildberry would respond to the others greeting in a low and gritty voice "Good morning- . . ." He seemed more exhausted than usual, he looked at Crunchy Chip for a moment before closing his eyes and rubbing his face as to wake himself up.

"So what are you planning to do on your day off hmm~? Maybe go out for a drink, or go to a club!?"

Wildberry looked at the other with a face of slight disgust.

"Life isn't just about drinking and going to clubs- . . . There's more to it than that-" Wildberry replied as he got himself out of bed.

"GeEz- . . . You're no fun-"

"I'm aware . . . Now if you'll let me, I'm going to get myself changed"

"Yeah, yeah, alright-" Crunchy Chip said with with the slightest hint of annoyance in his voice.

Wildberry after a few minutes would finally leave his restroom.

He wore a black sleeveless turtleneck, with deep blue jeans, he wore a singular black glove on his right hand, and he had styled his hair differently from his usual braid.
It was styled with two braids from the left and right side of his head, tied together at the back of his head to form a small ponytail, and the rest of his hair lay down and curly.

Crunchy Chip stared in awe, he started to feel something, something he has never felt before for anyone . . . A deep warm feeling . . . Deep within him, he could feel the small tickle of this warmth rise up to his cheeks, he wouldn't say anything and just stared at the man in front of him.

"Is . . . Is everything alright, Crunchy Chip-?" Wildberry would question, with his head slightly tilted to the side and an expression of confusion on his face.

Crunchy Chip stared at Wildberry a bit longer before snapping himself out of his trance and replying to Wildberry's question.

"Y-yes, YES-! EVERYTHING IS COMPLETELY ALRIGHT-" He shouted.

Wildberry narrowed his eyes at Crunchy Chip raising one eyebrow before going back to his usual deadpanned expression and looking away.

"Alright then . . . If you say so-"

Wildberry stood there and thought for a moment before his eyes widened and he rushed outside. Crunchy Chip was caught off guard by this and quickly ran after him.

Wildberry opened the door to his back yard and started looking around for a certain object.

Crunchy Chip quickly came up behind him, slightly pissed off.

"HEY-, WARN ME BEFORE YA BOLT OUT LIKE THAT-, YOU BULKY BRICK-!!" Crunchy Chip yelled out in anger.

"My apologies . . . "

"Why did you even run over here-?! Are ya tryin' to find something or what!?"

"Precisely . . . I'm trying to find my gardening supplies so that I may take it to the kingdom's Green House"

"A Green House-?? And what are you going to do there? Don't ya think you got enough plants here to take care of!"

"You may be correct on that statement, but it is only to help out Lady Lilac of the green house, he wished for me to bring in more efficient tools for the children to use"

Crunchy Chip looked up at Wildberry without saying a word, not knowing how to respond to that statement. Wildberry continued to look around until he finally found a small box that had plenty of gardening tools for the Green House.

"That should do it . . . We should probably make our way to the Green House now if we want to get these tools delivered on time" Wildberry stated while looking down at Crunchy chip.

Crunchy Chip wouldn't reply, just looked up blankly at the other.

Wildberry looked at Crunchy Chip for a moment before looking away and making his way to the front of the house to head over to the Green House, Crunchy Chip quickly following behind him.

Both Wildberry and Lady Lilac stood outside talking as Crunchy Chip stood somewhere else.

"I would like to thank you again for bringing us these gardening tools! I'm sure that the children will be able to take care of the plants with much more ease now!" Lady Lilac exclaimed.

Wildberry let a small soft smile form on his face "of course, I just wish to do my part and help you and the little ones, nothing more"

They would both smile and said their goodbyes as wildberry walked away, realizing that Crunchy Chip had run off some where . . .

Where could he have gone now . . .
