Lady Brixil took the omega to her office, asked him to sit, and gave him many documents to sign. They all were so confusing. The omega's heart fluttered as he heard his mom's voice. For a second, he stopped reading just to catch a few more words she said. Lady Brixil, however, noticed it and mentioned for the boy to continue.

"Your son was sold for 7 000 dollars to Mark Lee, an alpha who had just recently rented an average-sized house and wanted to start a family. He's just one year older than Donghyuck, but for your son's sake, we made him even younger. He's 21 now. If you ever get asked about his age, you have to lie, Mrs. Lee. Can you do that for Donghyuck's future?"

Mrs. Lee agreed as she was too excited to learn about her son's success. The omega heard her freaking out about the price, although she would only get half of it. She still liked it. It was her son's first achievement.

"You'll get the address of your son's new home as soon as we're done with all the paperwork, okay, Mrs. Lee?" Lady Brixil sweet-talked.

Hearing that, Donghyuck stopped reading and just signed the papers. A new average-sized house sounded great, although Donghyuck and Renjun always discussed about big houses with luxuries! Lady Brixil ended the call and looked at the papers on her desk.

"Finished?"

"Yes, lady."

"Alright, now's the time for quick information," the beta clasped her hands together, showing off long red nails, and leaned in. "We're counting your last hours here. You only have about 18 hours left. It's time to say goodbye to all of your friends and pack your things."

Donghyuck vigorously nodded his head.

"Do you want to know a little about your soon-to-be mate?"

"I would love to, lady," Donghyuck nodded shyly.

"Alright," the beta reached for a paper Donghyuck was sure he had seen Mark filling. "Mark Lee is an alpha child between a beta and alpha. As I told your mom, he bought a house on his own. Recently. His occupation? He's a chief executive officer of a self-made company. A little one, but success always comes later, right? According to him, he looks for a mate as he wants full support from someone devoted and thinks about creating a family when he's still energetic."

Donghyuck nodded, liking how the information Lady Brixil said was very useful. He may get rich!

"Your role in this all is to be the perfect omega mate for him, so remember everything we taught you."

"Don't worry. I will!" Donghyuck smiled.

"You can go now," she said, turning away.

Donghyuck stood up, but then stopped.

"A-actually, can I get Mr. Lee's photograph?" he asked, pointing at the photo Lady Brixil pinned to the form Mark Lee filled out.

The beta turned to Donghyuck and stared at him for a couple of seconds, then chuckled.

"Why? You'd be looking at him for the rest of your life."

"I just want to show him to my friends..."

The beta sighed and reached for the photograph.
