HAEIN

Jisoo would have a meeting with YG, so I would have the whole day to spend with Haeji before traveling to the US. I picked her up from school, and she looked sad and worried, I asked her what had happened, and she said she was just tired. Like her mother, she didn't like to talk about problems before thinking about them.

I took her to my old apartment to get more clothes to take to Jisoo's apartment. She looked around curiously.

"Are we going to stay here today?" She asked. "What about Jisoo Unnie?"

"Jisoo had to go to work, so you'll stay with me for the day." She nodded, not looking very happy. "That apartment was where I lived."

"It's beautiful." She answered without much animation. I frowned, something bothered her and I didn't like it at all.

"You want to help me pack some clothes?" She nodded and took my hand as I led her into the bedroom. She looked fearful and didn't even sit on the bed before I told her to, that behavior wasn't her usual. I took a deep breath and gave up on packing, walked to the small dresser next to the bed and opened the drawer, taking out a large photo album, she stared at it curiously.

"Is that you?" She asked of seeing a picture of me when I was little. "How cute!" She sharpened her voice. I laughed and flipped through the pages showing other pictures. Pictures of me climbing trees, riding my bike, on the beach, on the river, with my brother, and she paid attention to each and every story I told. "Look, it's Jisoo!" She says excitedly after seeing a picture of me and Jisoo on the set of Snowdrop.

"She is so beautiful." I smiled when I saw her little eyes shining in admiration. "Was it at your wedding?" She looked at me curiously, and I cleared my throat, looking away from the photo.

"No. It was during the recording of the drama where we met: Snowdrop." She looked back at the photo. Jisoo in that pink dress and me in the suit next to her. We were both shine smiling.

"Can I watch?" I stared at her scared, I didn't know if watching the drama would be good for her, considering the way it ended

"Can I watch?" I stared at her scared, I didn't know if watching the drama would be good for her, considering the way it ended. But before I could answer, she changed the question by looking back at the photograph. "How did you fall in love with Jisoo unnie?" She looked back at me and I smiled again.

"Well... She was a happy girl." I started. "She makes everyone around feel good, she's fun, playful and makes everyone comfortable. I fell in love the instant I looked into her eyes."

"Really?" I nodded.

"Her eyes are beautiful, right?" She nodded, smiling. I looked back at the photo. "Her eyes transmit a positive energy and make me calm and peaceful. Just like yours." She looked happy, as if that comparison was the highest compliment.
