Chapter eleven

Song to the side is troubles by U2. I really like this song, and I think it will go perfectly with this next chapter. If you listen to this song, while reading this chapter, you will understand the hardships that JULIE has to face with Dennis. Hopefully, you guys have my taste in music, and when you listen to the song, you can feel Dennis' wrath. At least, that's what I can feel. I have been quite busy, with a research project. I'm probably not going to be on as often. If I am on, I will be updating most likely, during lunch. Hopefully, once I finish this book, I will move onto a trilogy. I promise, I am not done writing on WATTPAD just yet. I still got four or some books to write. Yu guys have supported me so much, I am going to dedicate once again.

The rest of the night was quite hard. I had stayed in my hands and knees, scrubbing a dust covered floor. My dead leg flops uselessly on the ground. A hand touches my shoulder. I look up. Leo grabs my hand, and pulls me up.

" You okay? You seem to be struggling." He points to my leg. " They never fixed it, did they?"

I shake my head sadly, pouting a little. He lets out a soft chuckle.

" Don't worry, once we reclaim our homeland, I promise, I will have your leg checked out. How does that sound?" I smile.

" Sounds great." We continue scrubbing, until the whole deck is clear. I wipe the sweat off my face. I Hess down to the kitchen area.

Van is busily making my first meal with them. I smile. " Keep it up, Van. We need you to help us get Dennis to step down from captainship."

He smiles wickedly. " Who's bloody idea was that?"

" Captain William's. " I say quietly, in case Dennis hears. We silently laugh, and then I head up the hatch. We keep working. In the middle I find myself in a land full of berry pies, and van's cooking.

Dennis is away from us, and we are able to reclaim the pirate's land. No chores to do. No yelling. Peace and quiet. All before I find myself stumbling into something hard. I open my eyes. It was all a dream.

Damn. I wish it was real. Dennis glares at me.

" Listen here Julie, you still have to clean the masthead."

This time it is my time to glare. " You imbecile! This is my ship! You can't tell me what to do!"

" Well, I am CAPTAIN. I can tell you whatever you need to do, you insufferable girl!" He shouts, pushing me to the deck. " Now clean it, before I feed you to the Sharks!"

My blood boils, and I scream out, " Captain William is really the true captain! You just take advantage of having this stupid privilege! All you want, is bossing us around, cleaning my ship. It's mine, you hear? Or do your ears need cleaning?"

His face is red. " Get the hell away from me Julie. I don't remember you. " He spat.

" No, Dennis. I don't remember you. You changed so much. I can't believe I even let you become captain. I guess I wasn't as selfish as I thought I was. "

A tear rolled down my face, and I let out a shriek of pure agony. The Pirates rush to my side.

" Is their anything wrong, sparky?" Terence says.

" What happened?" Van asks

" Should we beat him up?" Captain William asks.

I shake my head no. Just because he was being an idiot, doesn't mean I want his face messed up. Leo wraps an arm around my shoulder, and glares at Dennis. He leads me down the hatch. I let the tears fall down my face.

Leo strokes my face gently.

" Don't worry. That idiot will realize he should never had messes with you."

This makes me cry harder.

" You don't understand! Leo, Dennis has been my childhood friend! We did everything together! Now he thinks I'm abnormal for being with you guys!"

Leo shakes his head. " It's not true. He doesn't know who he is talking to. You are awesome! You are the only person I know, that actually wanted to join us. It's amazing. You're amazing."
