Gosh guys...please listen to gone gone gone, and home, by Phillip phillips. Fudge...this song makes me want to cry when I play it with the chapter..please play it if it's not showing up!! It will get you emotional, I swear, especially with the content of this next chapter! I nearly started crying, writing this!

In the morning, I get up, and rub my eyes. I head down the stairs, and head to where Leo is sleeping. He lies still on the mattress, and I get down on my knees.

I run my fingers across his face. Surprisingly, his face is burning. I grab a wet cloth, and press it against his baking forehead. His heartbeat seems to go faster, and he jolts awake. He sits up, and looks at me with big eyes.

" I'm sorry you had to see last night. It was totally unexpected." He says weakly, clasping my hand.

" Don't worry. I was glad to stay with you." I say, smiling.

He smirks weakly. " You know I love you a lot."

" You better!" I exclaim, laughing at my joke.

Leo bursts out laughing, but starts to cough. He lies back down, but the coughing fit continues.

I hold him up, and the coughing subsides.

" You should rest." I say.

" Yes. I probably should." He starts to cough. I grab a silver jug of water from the night table, and fill a matching cup with water. I hand the water to him, and he takes it gratefully. He sips the water, then places the cup on the ground. He closes his eyes, and goes to sleep.

I sit at the king's dining hall. A feast sits in front of me. The king seems like a cheery man. Not like any other king I have met. He talks to Captain, as if he is family. They laugh, and talk, drinking wine. Not enough to make them intoxicated though.

I spoon my now cold beef stew. The bread is tasty. The stew, though, is bland, and tastes like luke warm water with slightly salted roast mutton.

I swallow the stew, and plaster a fake smile across my face. All I'm worried about is Leo. I don't know how bad his cold is. He has a really bad cough. A banging on the chamber's door, brings me out of my day dream.

" My lord!, the boy is fatally ill." My heart stops beating. Leo is going to die. I jump up from my chair, so do the Pirates. We rush out of the kingdom, and sprint to the house that we were allowed to stay in.
