" Julie, why are you here?" The voice repeats. I turn, to see my friend, Dennis. He looks shocked that o can handle a sword. Oh no, but what if he tells my mother? Surely, then my family will really think I am mad.

" Dennis, it is none of your business. Please, go away." I reply, my voice shaking slightly. He smiles.

" Is your friend, I should have the right to know. It's for your own safety, you know." I glare at him.

" I don't want to tell you. It's none of your business. Besides, you aren't really a friend...more of an acquaintance that I've knowing for the past twelve years."

His smirk falters, and he then says, " Still, even if you don't count me as a real friend, I'm still going to be there for you. Besides, who are your real friends? The dead dudes?"

His remark punched me in the gut. I can't breathe. I see myself run up the hatch, with Leo at my tail. Us making pasta, me getting my leg nearly chopped off, the dancing we did aboard, the morning of my birthday, Leo tickling me. Then the ship explodes. Me screaming, as I see debris flying in the air. No one survived. Tears flow down my face, and I let out a wail of grief.

Dennis starts to say something, but I shove his chest. " How could you?" I shriek, tears cascading down my cheeks. " Those prayed were the best thing that happened to me! how could you insult them? After all they have done for me!" I shove him out of the way, and head out of the clearing.

Dennis tries to catch up, but he falters, as he sees it is no use for me to get help. I head back to my house, pick up the fish, and open the door. Everyone is still asleep, and I head back up the stairs, and open the door to my bedroom. Sugarfluff is still asleep, and when I raise the fish, her ears perk up, and she jumps up, and grabs the fish in her mouth. I smile slightly.

Then I head back downstairs, and set the table up for breakfast. The China in the cabinet is super fancy. I grab the fanciest, and lay it out on the table. I grab some flour, and start needing it into a ball. The dough then gets placed into the oven, and I wait for it to bake. Soon, the smell of fresh baked bread wakes everybody up.

First, my mum and dad. They smile, as I lay out the bread. I wait for my older sister to come down, and older brother. They are twins. They are both twenty years of age, and have the same raven black hair as my mother.

We dig in to the breakfast I made. Then, I get up from the table, and put my plate away. I excuse myself, and go outside. The sunlight streams in my face, and I take a moment to cast of my cloak. I walk up to the nearest merchant.

" How much does it cost, to buy a ship?" I ask, quietly, so no one can hear.

" Three gold coins. I'm sure a lass like you, doesn't have that much. " He smirks, and I do the same.

" Never underestimate me. Do you know who I became friends with? The Darkwater Pirates! You better give me that ship." I say with a menacing tone. Then I smile sweetly, and hand him three gold. He takes it, as if it is fire, and carefully puts it in his pocket.

I pick out the biggest ship possible, and step onto it. I spin the chip around, and sail for the rest of the day.
