Damn it!

I let out a long breath and inhaled again, trying to slow down my heart as I continued to see if I could escape from the door.

"Aren... Where the heck are you?" I asked myself.

I felt like a thousand ice cubes stuck in my feet, as I could not move in my position. Aren showed up in front of the window with his worn-out expression. I walked over to the window, which was steel.

"Meil! Are you okay?" He rolled his eyes at the smoke that engulfed the area after the fire vanished.

"Anong nangyayari sa loob ng palasyo?" I questioned him as my heart was racing. He huffed before turning to face me.

"Nagkakagulo ang lahat dahil sa mga halimaw na sumasalakay." I licked my bottom lip.

He looked at me with concern in his eyes. "Kailangan nating makaalis," I nodded.

Hindi ko na pinansin ang init ng temperatura at inabot ang kamay ni Aren. One of his magics is teleportation. Aren looked around again, trying to control his emotions. Ilang saglit pa nasa loob ulit kami ng palasyo.

"Shit! Why did my power end us here?!" Aren hysterically cursed.

Hindi ko pinansin ang sinabi niya, "Aren we need to find the gem!" Naagaw ang atensyon ko ng magkaroon ng pagsabog sa loob dahilan para mas lalong mataranta ang mga Werzenian.

Everything is in chaos because of the people in black cloaks. They slaughtered the Werzenian and all of the royal guards.

They are the Imperial guards.

"We need to leave now. My priority is your safety, Meil." Aren attempted to take my hand, but I swerved and ran swiftly.

"Meil!" he called.

I followed the energy of stones until I ended up in front of some Rajah. Alam kong isa siyang Rajah dahil sa tattoo na nasa kaniyang kamay. It was a blue mark that indicated their rank.

"Hangal talagang balak ng emperor ng Demon realm na kalabanin tayo!" rinig kong sigaw ng isang Rajah habang kinakalaban ang mga halimaw na lumilipad.

Emperor Damascke opens the portal to Tamwa, a different kind of monster demon that lives underground in the Demon realm. Emperor Damascke had the power to control them and open the gate to hideous creatures.

"Asan na yun?" My head turned left and right when Pollo's energy popped in and out.

Sinubukan kong tumakbo muli hanggang sa nakasalubong ko si prinsesa Gail. "Oh! prinsesa Gail! Bakit kayo naririto? Nasaan ang Heinukel?" Humawak siya sa damit ko at yumakap.

"Binibini! Ang kapatid ko pakiusap tulungan mo siya," namamaos niyang wika.

"Nasaan siya?" Mabilis niya akong hinila hanggang sa makarating kami malapit sa trono ng Sultan at Sultana.

"Sabay natin siyang buhatin," pakiusap niya. Nahirapan si prinsesa Gail na maglakad. Mukhang may sugat siya sa kaniyang hita dahil halos kulay pula na ang kaniyang damit.

"Ahm..." tango ko.

Nahirapan kaming buhatin ang kaniyang kapatid dahil wala siyang malay pero hinawakan ko ang kabilang balikat niya at ganun din si prinsesa Gail sa kabila. Mabilis na lumapit ang ilang gwardiya ng Werzenia saamin at prinotektahan kami habang naglalakad. 

Hinanap ng mata ko si Aren dahil sa lakas ng paglindol. Halos hindi ko na makilala ang kagandahan ng palasyo dahil sobrang wasak ng paligid. Sobrang kapal ng usok at ang ilang pader sa loob ng palasyo ay gumuguho na. May naririnig din akong pagsabog mula sa labas na sa tingin ko kagagawan ng mga Tamwa.
