✬"Let the Poe cup begin!" Weems fired as all contestants started rowing "stroke! Stroke!" One of the contestants from another boat yelled but the black cats remained focused✬
✬"Duck!" Enid yelled as another boat threw Axe's at them, but they luckily missed✬
✬But suddenly that same boat started moving towards the left away from them... forcefully, it seemed as if something or rather someone was moving it from under the water considering that it nearly tip over before it crashed into one of the big rocks that was in the middle of the lake✬
✬Wednesday suddenly stopped paddling and picked up her telescope(?) and saw a fish tail, but it was too large to me a fish✬ ✬Siren✬
✬"Thing" Wednesday called to the hand who volunteered to join them "now!" Wednesday directed as the hand immediately flipped a lever (switch)✬
✬A net was released from the boat which caught the siren in it✬

✬"Stay here so that Bianca can't sabotage our boat" Wednesday instructed as she ran off to get the flag✬
✬"thing! I need you to distract a couple of jokers" thing ran off✬
✬Suddenly a small rock hit a joker sitting in the boat "huh what?" He turned around to see thing✬

✬"Hey let's go follow it" "yea" the second boy agreed and they both went off✬
✬Enid took this opportunity and scratched the boat, smirking to no one in particular✬

✬The girl ran fast, overtaking Xavier and Ajax in the process✬
✬She sprinted off and out of their sight✬

✬she grabbed the flag and ran down the hill✬
✬"hurry! we gotta go!"✬
✬Wednesday sat in the boat and they set off, hurrying because the gold bugs and the jokers were in the lead but suddenly...✬
✬"Hey! What's going on?" Xavier yells frustrated at the claw whole at the bottom of their boat✬
✬"Oh hoo!" Enid teased as their boat passed the jokers- half sunken boat "Cheater!" Xavier yelled in rage✬
✬"I just asked myself... W.W.W.D, What would Wednesday do?" Enid asked while paddling but Wednesday kept herself focused and chose to keep a straight face✬
✬"The last 2 teams are... the golden bugs.... And the black cats" Weems yelled over her microphone✬
✬The black cats were catching up to the gold bugs. Wednesday pulled a lever and arrow like- pointing, sharp weapons popped out of the left side of their boat and started rowing towards their boat in hopes of cutting their boat with them✬
✬But then that siren is back... it moves the cat boat away from it at a fast rate pushing it towards one of the large rocks✬
✬Thing suddenly jumps into the water and the boat stops moving away✬
✬They rowed back towards the the golden boat and successfully cut their boat as it started sinking Bianca let out a loud raged scream✬
✬Cheers were heard as their boat docked at the dock/harbour, the contestants ran with the flag in thier hand✬ ✬And even Wednesday let out a slight smile✬
✬"Omg Wednesday we did it! This is literally the best moment of my life" Enid exclaimed shaking Wednesday✬

✬"You can keep the consume wens, I spoke with Weems and she let us Have them"✬
✬"Cool, now if you'll excuse me I'm going to sleep now" Wednesday flopped on the bed and fell asleep✬

✬In the middle of the night Wednesday woke up at the sound of thunder, she turned around to see if Enid was asleep or still on the soul-sucking device✬
✬But.... It looked like Wednesday had been replaced-✬
