I quickly slid the letter underneath the door of Ophelia hall before running away before Wednesday,Enid or the dorm-mom caught me

At least, that was my plan

I was walking or rather running towards ophelia hall untill I saw Wednesday running towards the boys dorms

We both bumped into each other and a very valuable item left both of our hands

I let out a Yelp before I faced Wednesday "apologies Xavier, I was walking too fast" she apologised to me, which I was gloating about

"Hey what's this?" She picked up the fallen valentines card and started reading it

I was freaking out- debating wether or not I should run for the hills because she doesn't want to be more than friends, or to wait and see her reaction.

Dear Wednesday,
Ever since I saw you at that funeral I knew we'd have some sort of connection...
I couldn't stop thing about you and how you saved me, even thought you barely knew me at the time...
When you came to Nevermore, my feelings increased drastically
I liked you ever since that funeral wens, and at first it was just a crush that I thought I'd get over.. but know I know that it's much more than a small crush...

I followed her eyes and tried to read her facial expressions as she read my letter

For a second I thought she was gonna thought she was going to throw the letter in my face and walk away but to my surprise she kept the letter close to her heart before smiling and hugging me, before letting go

"I think you should read that" she eyed the letter in my hand as I opened it

She was gleaming with joy, something which most thought, she was incapable of

I opened her letter and starting reading, not knowing what to expect

I blurred out, excitement visible in my tone "yes I do Xavier, I do like you" she moved a few steps closer to me, she looked me in the eye, but for once she wasn't angrily glaring at me, she was happy and her eyes showed it, her lips curved into a small but beautiful smile as she connected our lips and we shared a passionate kiss...
