Ryder's POV:
I crashed into the new girl. It wasn't on purpose, I just had get somewhere. I'm not a complete jerk....all the time. Looking down at her, I kind of felt guilty about it. I shook it off, she wouldn't have any effect on me. She smirked at me in her dazed state. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't amused at her strangeness.
"Is she crazy?" I asked.
"No, she's the new girl." Aiden replied.
I looked at her weirdly, like who smirks when they get hurt? Since I was the one who hurt her, I might as well take her to the nurse. I scooped her up into my arms, and repositioned her, so that I was carrying her bridal style.
The nurse didn't look surprised at the scene, in fact she looked bored even. She was used to seeing people come into her office because of me.
"Who have you traumatized this time Ryder?" She asked.
"The new girl.." I didn't know her name.
I gently placed her heavy body on the bed.
How can you can lift 100 kg in the gym but can't lift up one girl?I looked more closely at her face. She was actually really pretty. A strand of hair fell onto her face. It annoyed me so I tucked it behind her ear. I felt extremely bad, this girl didn't deserve it. Maybe I should apologize later.
Wait, what are you thinking. My brain warned me. I wouldn't apologize to this random girl. She was nothing to me, just another person that I knocked over.
"She will wake up in a few minutes," The nurse said. "You may leave."
As Aiden and I walked out of the room, he whispered something in my ear about Carla that made me stop dead in my tracks. I slowly turned my head towards him.
"You are so dead," I growled. He took the hint and ran as fast as he could to escape me.
Before I could chase him, the third member of our group came. Elliot Jones, the schools smartest kid and a playboy. He's probably broken more hearts than the amount of people in the school. Aiden was so lucky Elliot came to the rescue, or I would have murdered him.
"Did you hear about the new girl?"
I replied, annoyed, "You missed out, I crashed into her, she hit the wall and got a concussion."
He whistled, "Way to charm a girl Ryder."
"Shut up." I responded.
Aiden came back soon and we went to our next class.
The hallway fell silent as we strode through. We were known as 'The Blood Kings'. Nobody knew that much about us, but it was enough to keep them gossiping. People kept their eyes trained to the floor or just downright stared at us, trembling. I was used to this by now, no matter how many schools I changed to, I was treated the same.
It was obvious they all feared us. And I enjoyed it.
