On a rooftop of one of the many tall buildings that reside in city known as Fuyuki, a red seal appears on the lonely and isolated roof. The wind began to grow more violent, circling the seal as it started to glow, brighter and brighter.

Until a bright flash of light, that would've blinded those who stood in the surrounding area, shone brightly from the seal. But as soon as it was there, it was gone, and a figure covered in azure flames stood in its place. A small crater now residing where the seal once was as well.

The flames flared, expanding out wards, then in, swirling into a small funnel, then with a hiss, the flames are gone. Leaving behind a figure dressed in a long black tailcoat and black waist coat, along with black boots, red gloves, and a white bird-like domino mask on his face.

The figure's eyes snapped opened, his eyes gold, before swiftly changing into a dark steel grey.

Joker stood in a small crater filled with smolder ashes created by his flames from the summoning. Taking in his surroundings carefully, activating his third eye in order to keep watch for any enemies that may decide to attack the moment they spot him.

But Igor wasn't lying when he told Joker he'd be 'summoned' a great fair distance from the other Heroic Spirits and their Masters. Igor may have explained everything to the Phantom Thief, but that didn't mean that things may not turn out as plan. Joker has had plenty of experience of plans going wrong. Better be safe than sorry, now, more than ever, Joker has to be careful.

He can't die here, he refuses!

First things first, Joker has been successfully summoned in Fuyuki, and thus, the Holy Grail war. So now, Joker has to find....

Joker paused, finally noticing the picture that he still has in his hand, forgetting that he had it when he entered the Velvet room. So far, it's the only thing that Joker has of his team, so, Joker took great care as he placed the picture in the inside pocket of his coat, right above his heart.

If he's gonna play this stupid game, might as well be cheesy too.

Besides, it's the best pocket anyway, the least likely place where the picture will get damaged or lost. Well, if the other players of this game don't aim for the heart anyway.

Joker sighs, shaking his head to get back on track once the card was tucked safely away. Right, first thing he needs to do is go to the house that has already been prepared for him.

It's mystical magic, that's all Joker is chalking it up to when it comes to the stupid cup.

Approaching the ledge, Joker looked down to see that, fortunately, there aren't anyone walking around, like, at all. Which is weird, but Joker isn't going to turn down the good luck that he's been bestowed.

Joker stepped up on the ledge, looking down, once more, to double check that no one is looking. He then, held out his right foot, about to step off into open air.

Then he fell.

The wind roared in his ears as he free fell, eyes narrowed and focus, so at the last second, Joker held out his arm, activating his grapple, and was flying over the pavement as he swung from down to the ground landing and rolling back to his feet easily.

Joker exhales heavily, laughing at the thrill of what he just did. Never gets old, then he always has loved the adrenaline rush of it all. It's part of the reason why loves being a thief.

Quickly, before anyone can see, azure flames engulfed Joker in less than a split second, quickly dissipating and revealing Akira wearing his casual clothes, a white quarter length shirt with a black neckline and sleeves, a black high collar fleece jacket, jeans, and tennis shoes. His glasses now replacing his mask, which Akira immediately adjusted, only to notice the mark on the back of his hand.
