It's been several days since Castor had launched his attack upon Einzbern castle along with El-Melloi's failed attempt at taking out Kiritsugu while Saber was out, fighting alongside Lancer in the midst of Castor's unintentional distraction.
Joker had left the battle injured and weakened, but his overall goals in joining the battle had been successfully accomplished. Everyone, the Master's specifically, left the battle alive, albeit, heavily injured and possible crippled in El-Melloi's case, and Castor has been successfully defeated, forced to retreat and lick his wounds.
Akira hopes to find and take out Castor before he can regain his full strength or form another potential devastating attack.
With all this in mind, Akira has been sending out more Personas in search for the crazy magic-user. So far, it seems like Akira is closing on Caster and his Master's tails in his search for the two, but it seems no matter how fast he is, he always just one step behind.
For Joker's Personas have found a few, what seem to be, temporary bases that Caster and his Master have taken temporary refuge in. Every time that they do, Akira would go out as Joker to check the areas and buildings out while searching for any clues that could lead him right to the duo and their next hiding spot of choice.
But never, in any of his worst nightmares, could Joker have expected what he would find. He knew it was bad, the news made it clear that it was bad with the few bodies and the serial killer's safehouses they've managed to find.
Yet, the first time Joker went out to search the first base his Personas found; he was confident and snuck in, his nose wrinkled at the heavy smell of coper that filled the place. Joker used his third eye in order to spot anything out of place that could either be a danger or of use to Joker. He was quick to go searching, his third eye highlighting splatters that he couldn't quit make out, but he followed them anyway, searching to see what their origin might be.
Only to find, what can only be described as a scene from a very bloody and gorey horror movie.
Except much much much worse.
Because instead of just a film, it's reality.
Joker's eyes and body shook as he stared at dozens upon dozens of mutilated children's bodies that can be found everywhere. This place was absolutely drowned in the amount of blood they are coated in.
Each and every time, no matter how empty his stomach is or how prepared he is mentally, Joker would end up throwing up or dry heave at the sights he's found and seen.
Joker has seen a lot of crazy and horrible shit in the metaverse and inside people's own sick cognition. Whoever the Master of this Caster is, because he is definitely not holding the guy back, Joker does not want to step anywhere near the guy's palace. From the literal blood bathes, Joker has found in Caster and his Master's wake, Joker can say it's safe (Hah!) to say that Caster's Master is the serial killer that Akira has noticed from the news. But with a Servant helping them, this guy is going absolutely crazy.
Not like he wasn't already before.
This just made Akira even more determined to beat Caster, the Servant and Master pair both must be stopped.
Akira sighs as he works, trying to push the haunting images out of his head.
Currently, Akira is fiddling with his tools, despite having no use for them yet, something tells him that he will need a lot of them soon. His fingers were starting to hurt with how much he's been crafting and mixing lately. He had to make more medicine for all the bottles he drunk after Kiritsugu had shot him at Einzbern Castle. Akira would have to periodically flex his fingers in order to get rid of the stiffness and cramps that have been slowly making themselves more known as time passes.
