"And here..." the teacher began, looking at her seating chart.
"Y/n and Theodore! You will sit together and be each other's partners."
"Theo's good," the blond boy said, walking over to our table.
He sat down and I followed shortly after.
"Hey, I'm y/n," I said with a smile.
"Theo, nice to meet you, are you new here?" He questioned, eyeing me up and down.
"Yeah, I just moved here with my mom," I responded, twisting the ring on my finger.
"Nice, we'll if you need anyone to help show you around I can help," he offered.
"Thanks," I smiled.

"Uhm, what's next?" I asked Theo as everyone started standing up to leave the class.
"Lunch."
"Can I sit with you?" I asked.
"Yeah, sure. I sit with my friend Boris."
"Oh, cool."
We walked down to the lunchroom together and when we got there a curly-haired boy was sitting at a table, staring at us.
"Potter! Who's this?" The boy asked. He had a thick Russian accent, that's probably the first thing I noticed about him. (When up close).
"This is y/n," Theo spoke, I assumed that 'potter' was his nickname.
"Nice to meet you, I'm Boris," Boris said, gesturing for me to sit down.
I sat and crossed my arms on the table.
"I have to boy lunch," I suddenly remembered aloud.
"Oh, don't even bother," Theo said, grabbing my arm as I went to get up.
I slowly sat down again, flickering my gaze between the two boys. "Why?" I questioned.
"Because the lunch is horrible, the lines take forever, and you don't want to get caught up in a girl fight," Theo explained.
"Okay.. but then what do I eat?" I questioned.
"I have food," Boris continued, opening up the pockets in his black bag and emptying the contents.
Most of the stuff was normal, apples, crackers, chips, and— "are those pot brownies?" I questioned, poking the zip loc baggy they were in.
"Yeah, how can you tell?" Boris asked, his features twisting in a confused way.
"I just can," I sighed.
"You want one?" He offered, holding out the bag in my direction.
"Sure," I said, taking the baggy from his hand.
Him and Theo each ate one after me and then we started snacking on the rest of the food Boris had put out.
"So, y/n, what are you doing after school?" Boris asked, leaning forward into the table, as he was across from me, awaiting my response.
I shrugged and bit into an apple.
"Nothing, really, probably just studying."
"Hah! Did you hear that? She just said she's studying!" Boris laughed, pointing to me while looking at Theo with a wilf grin on his face.
"No, you come to potter's house, with me, ya? We have fun." He smirked as he said the last part.
"Fun? What do you mean?" I questioned, cocking my head to the side.
