I woke to a chill running down my spine and the darkness slowly faded around me. Even though it was my 15th birthday, no one ever tried to wish me a happy birthday. This day was like any other... nothing special. I decided to get off my Shrek themed rock bed. I love Shrek more than anything. Every time I watch him, I forget all my worries and everyone around me.
I walked to my parents bedroom. I wanted to see if they were even awake. I opened the door only to find my mother crying hysterically and my father in a Dino army uniform.
My father was being sent to the Dino war.
