Stiles just said he wanted to marry me? I heard that correctly, right? I am not just hearing things, I couldn't believe it! The man I have watched be in love with Lydia for longer than I can remember, just wanted to say he wanted to marry me. Me. He wanted to spend the rest of his life with me and not her. I definitely didn't think that we were end game. As I was thinking I forgot that he just asked me a very important question. I looked up and he was staring at me with a hopeful look, still down one knee. I realized he was waiting for an answer. I thought about it. Like am I really ready for marriage, he will be gone a lot because of work, what will our friends think. I had so many questions that didn't have answers. After thinking through about all of that "Stiles..."
Stiles POV
The way she was taking a long time to answer really built up my anxiety and the tension around us. I was starting to think that asking her was a mistake, but I could tell she was deep in thought. I was like a creepy idiot just looking at her waiting for an answer to my question. Plus my knee was starting to hurt. After a long time of waiting and feeling so much agony she finally spoke up. She said "Stiles..." I could tell that she was trying to choose her next words carefully which made me even more nervous than I already was. Then she continued "Of course. I will marry you!" She said full of joy. I picked her up and spun her around. Then I put her back down and kissed her. Then I took out the diamond ring I bought for this occasion and put it on her ring finger officially claiming her as mine.
