On the other hand, Jessie and Anne made their way to the other side of the forest with their tiny little flashlights and their water packs. By the time they reach their destination, the howls and barks had faded away. And when they arrived. They were so confused as they came across something which they did not expect at all. Their 45 minute walk had led them to the starting point of our adventure. My car was parked in front of them. Jessie froze in fear and was panicking, because their walk was completely straight from the starting point till the …….starting point. They thought they were walking in circles. Suddenly, they heard the wolf-like howls and barks from the other side of the forest, once again. Feeling mentally and physically exhausted, Anne tried to contact me through voice call but there was no connection. But, this time, the barks and howls seemed to grow towards them, and it turned into a woman crying in pain. The terrifying sound sent them screaming on top of their lungs and running into the dark forest.
As I opened the creaky door of the hut, the light was dimmer than before and was neither coming from a bulb or candle. Samuel tried to peek into the hut after me but was stopped by a loud bang a few meters next to us. The groundbreaking sound sent chills down our spines and made us scream and run into the forest. After the horrifying run, we lost our way and our only trust-worthy torches had stopped working. Plus, Samuel and I could not contact our other 2 friends in this dark forest. “We’re going to die, that’s for sure, and that’s for sure. Zainn, we shouldn’t have messed with this Randonautica app”, Samuel panicked. I calmed him down by saying it’s alright and it might be some kind of a tree branch or a squirrel which made the loud bang, and we can find our way in no time.
