It's been years since Jack came back from that deadly quest; Angels said that he was quite lucky because most of the Quester has not come back from the said quest. And this also caught the attention of The Elders; they ordered that they wanted to meet Jack and Chieko because they were curious about how they said the chimera didn't become rogue all those years without its master.

"Angel Jack or should we call you Archangel Cairo, the victorious one, it is nice to have you in our presence." Jack and Chieko kneeled in front of The Elders.

"Elders, it is our utmost honor to be in your presence." Jack said. He was still shocked by this situation because it never acquired to him that they will be summoned by The Elders.

"Archangel Cairo, we would like to brief you with a decree." The top person said. As people know a decree is an order or a submission that's what some Angels call it, by The Elders that Angels shouldn't refuse.

"A decree? I don't deserve such a thing, Elders." Jack countered, as much as he loves it, he knew that this will just bind him in the court more.

"Archangel Cairo, this entitlement is proof that you have served The Supreme Court well. As a matter of fact, this will give you more resources than you ever had." Jack thought it was a joke; they just wanted someone to keep them safe from any threat that would ever come, a shield that they will sacrifice anytime like the other angels that have served them.

"We would gladly accept the decree, Elders. My master is just tired; please excuse his attitude for now." Chieko cuts in, she knows the attitude of her master so well, and if she didn't speak any sooner The Elders would have been offended and will punish her master.

"No worries, 5th. We also wanted to give you something or rather knowledge that may help you." Just as Chieko thought too, she wouldn't be summoned here too if there isn't any benefit given to her.

"Thank you for your sincerity, Elders." She replied and bowed to them.

"The two of you may leave."

"It is our utmost pleasure and we thank you for your decree." They bowed together and leave the hall.

"Chieko, why did you intervene?" Jack asked.

"If I didn't do so, you would have been in a lot of trouble, Master." Chieko was quite irritated.

"Nevermind, let's not talk about it. So, what will we do today?"

"I'll be going to the archives. The Elders have already given their permission for me to acquire more knowledge, well to help you as they say. You should go home and rest even though one year has passed since you've returned, your injuries aren't fully heal and it worries me that it heals so slow. And maybe going to the archives may help me find a solution." Chieko have been worried about her master, she already asked the MA or Med Angel to check on him but MA didn't find anything wrong with him. MA didn't know what to do so she just gave him the same herbs and methods that may help her master to recover bits by bits.

"I would like to help you but books and me doesn't really fits well." Even though Jack jokes about it, Chieko knows that what he had stated was a fact since she never saw him reads books about anything even information related to their realm. Jack has always been interested in something that isn't rather educational factors if she may say.

"Okay, I'll see you when I'm done with it." Both went to their separate ways, Jack went home while Chieko went to the Archives. It was said that the Archives have everything you needed, ancient history, rare situation, rare substances, ancient knowledge and many more. It was what Chieko ever wanted, even though her master teaches her, she is hungry for more knowledge but due to being a familiar she couldn't enter the Archives without the permission of The Elders.

"Hello, Miss Chieko! I was informed that you can freely walk in and out of these Archives by the Messenger of The Elders." Lib said or the Keeper of the Archives.

"Oh hello! Keeper of the Archives, are there any records that contains rare events like slow healing of The Angels in the Archives?" Chieko was pretty much impatient.

"Miss Chieko, you could find them at the Medical section in the 2nd floor. You are free to browse." Chieko was quite relieved from what she heard.

"Thank you!" Chieko went straight to the Medical section in the 2nd floor, as she thought the rarest things are and the end of the shelf. It's been 3 hours since Chieko started, but everything she read was useless. She had found something about slow healing, but the results, cause or the treatment weren't written, it was just an situation that happened temporary which passed by 10 months, very different from what is happening to her master. She decided to move to another section since the Medical section is not helping her; she saw a sign about storybooks which attracted her attention for no reason. As she browsed the section something caught her attention, a small book that was placed at the very end of the section, it was a bit old for a storybook and it was away from the other books. As she touched the book, she felt that she doesn't want to return it from where it was put; she wanted to take it with her.
