The fist swim

As I reach the surface my ilu swims down to greet me , I get on her and she dives under the water she quickly heads back to the beach as I dont want to be late.

My ilu dives above the water and stops because any further it is too shallow for her .

I hop off her an make my way to the beach I shake water of my face and flick my hair behind my back.

I see that already Tuk , Lo'ak,  Kiri and Neteyam already sitting on the beach.  I catch Neteyam watch me and he quickly looks away.

I grin to this . As Tuk sees me she runs towards me.

"Y/n!" She says hugging my leg
" Did you just come from the water?!" She says her mouth open wide

" Yes Tuk I did" I say kneeling down
" And look what I go for you"

I reach in my sash to find a white and blue shell and hand it to her.

" I love it Y/N!" She says running to show her siblings

I see Neteyam smiling at me as I walk to join them.

" Neteyam!" Tuk says running to him
" Look what Y/n got me" she says sitting on his lap.

"Wow  Tuk, its beautiful" He says looking at me.

I go and sit by Kiri who was making patterns in the sand . Just as I sat down Anoung,  Ronal and Tsieya began to walk down the beach.

I stand up and walk to them.

" I cannot believe Father made us do this" Wines Anoung

" Yes unbelievable" Roxo repeats
" You don't even have to be here Roxo" I sigh

"Yes but you want me here" He winks
I physically gag and he rolls his eyes and him and Anoung walk  over to them.

" So what first" Tsieya asks linking her arm in mine as we walk over to the group.

"Well fist we can find them an ilu, then swimming" I say smiling at her

" Yes sounds good-" She stops talking as she sees Lo'ak

I smirk .
" You like him" I say too loudly
" Shhhh!!" She says flicking my ear

Laugh and we walk to join everyone.

"So first we will pair you with
an ilu" I say

They all nod and I smile and begin to walk towards the far side of the beach where its deeper so more ilu will be there.

Tuk hops along the beach holding Kiri's hand Anoung and Tsieya lead the way , lo'ak close behind . Leaving me and Neteyam at the back.

" Y/n ?" He asks coming to walk beside me
I take a deep breath and carry on walking.

" Y/n why are you ignoring me?" He says grabing my hand to stop me from walking

I freeze as I feel this hand touch mine , he looks at me consern in his
eyes.

"I'm not ignoring you.." I say kicking some sand

He lets go of my hand and I carry on walking.

" Mhm.." He says
" Look , I dont need any distractions ok" I say breathing out

" So... I distract you?" He says smirking

I push him will my shoulder gently
" Shut up Shxawng"

I feel the sides of my lips begin to curl , I look at him , he looks at me .

He was about to say something when.

"Hurry you two!" Anoung says from across the beach

We run to the rest of them.
" So, "I say moving into the water.
