hey guys!!

so I started listening to my desired friend playlist last night, and I also listened to it today while I studied, while I watched videos and when I journaled.

I also did some scripting in my journal by writing a letter expressing how grateful I am that I have a new friend. I went into detail and described my friend and the things I do with her, as well as how I felt. now this is really important when scripting, you should really emphasize on how having your desire makes you feel. when writing your letter, its up to you who you want to send it to. it can be the Universe, God, your Subconscious, anything. In my case, I chose God.

the day I made the playlist, I was in bed just talking to myself and thinking, and I kept on visualizing my friendship with my friend without meaning to. Like I would be thinking about something and all of a sudden I catch myself visualizing a scene where I'm laughing with my friend at something. I found this really cool, because I had no intention to visualize that night.

Last night, I spent a good 20 minutes talking to myself and saying how grateful I was for my friend and citing all the fun stuff we did together. As I did that my brain just made images and scenes to go along with what I was saying.

Tonight, I'm going to think of a scene that implies my desire is fulfilled, so maybe a scene where I'm walking to school with my friend, or talking with her at school. Then, I'm going to take that scene and loop it in my head, and use my 5 senses to really feel it. I'll do this until I fall asleep or until I feel a wave of acceptance in me implying belief in the scene, as Neville Goddard explained it.
