odessa turned off her phone and threw it onto pete's couch beside her and rubbed her eyes out of stress.
"don't let this bother you dude" pete comforted "if i let every article someone wrote about my love life get to me, i'd be insane"
odessa laughed slightly "pete... you are insane though"
pete covered his heart with his hand "aye! fuck you i was trying to make you feel better" he shook his head.
she stood up and walked over to pete's fridge to grab them both a beer then she returned to sit beside him on the couch.
"yo, a couple of my friends wanna come drink, that cool with you?" pete asked
odessa nodded "yeah that's cool with me"
"cool, they'll love you" pete smiled.
